I think if any of the friends/family of the deceased were if the area they would look after it and not leave it as it is. They probably have a grave to look after.

So dc if this were the case the LD's were paying a company to arrange leafleting and the payment of the leafleters(?) would be from that company not the LD's. davidh made a point of stating that the LD's were paying people less than the minimum wage. Where is the evidence that these people were being paid by the LD's and not the company which employed them? Which 'fact' is so 'straightforward'?

I always thought leaflet delivery payments related to the number of leaflets you delivered, not how long it took you so this doesn't make sense. Why would you pay a set amount for a 7 hour 'shift' when any 10 people chosen randomly to do it would deliver a different number of leaflets given age, fitness differences etc..........sunbeam?

Quids you can't just put people trying to better themselves in boxes like that. Good luck to DM in her new career which I'm sure will be easier on her hands (do you use Nivia DM?). If you're not careful quids you'll end up in a piggy bank.
