  14. Sitting at the lights in Kennington on Saturday, I observed three adjoining estate agents on one side of the road opposite two estate agents on the other. Locals probably have to use Ocado because there weren't any obvious shops. It's handy if they want to pop down the road and buy a house though.

  23. Apart from the pubs and the prefab, there are very few attractive buildings between the station, those cottages, and Dulwich Library. It would be a massive shame to lose any of them and I'm glad you're on it James
