    The Patch

You are being negative again Sue - wait and see what they do when it's properly running and support local businesses - you and the other clique (curry club & sing alongers) are so negative!
  5. Try Lola Gonzalez - Kattitude on 07737 863926 e [email protected] we have used her years to come in and feed and play with our two moggies!

    The Patch

Let's keep the thread going - that fox person is hiding behind his/her forum name - others are just plain rude and my biggest bug bear is the negativity- let's wait and see what the Patch is like once it's all up and running! I did hear that it may not be open on 11/11 but you can bet your bd that there will be a big fanfare and hopefully a fabulous place to visit often or for a special occasion according to your budget! Support local ventures businesses and be nice to people - it pays you back to be kind folks! P and G

    The Patch

The beer is ?4.00 from the makers in Cornwall + transport + the Patch costs = seems to be fair price ? Shall we get the Administrator to rename this the East Dulwich Negative Forum or start another one for you '-'s' ? P and G ( certainly not hiding behind a pseudonym with an odd name either and never have!)
  8. What twoddle as usual from DF maybe a name change is due matey! As for Poppet this was not her first post she was trying to rent out a house on this very forum on 24/4/2012!
  9. It must be you negative people putting out bad vibes to the LL businesses - there is nothing better than shopping eating drinking and in the process having a laugh and chatting to, not only those serving but the shoppers themselves! We love shopping in ED and agree if other don't - move away and take your negativity with you!

    The Patch

It's looking good to me after the Mag slid off the planet we need a bit of a buzz there - the refurbishment work looks good as it's the whole building and not just a lick of paint. They published the Kerry Moss (masterchef winner) menu and the food looks great - stop moaning and support local businesses and ventures - they have to sell it otherwise.......!
  11. I saw that the Patch, the old Mag, are talking about possibly opening then, they are opening the restaurant from 12th November!
  12. So have we agreed that the pavements in places are dangerous and what can we do about the shop forecourts that are really dangerous and untidy?
  13. So pleased to see that things are moving along and can't wait for details of opening times menus etc!
  14. Don't you think the pavements along Lordship Lane are now dangerous and an eyesore? LB Lewisham are spending a fortune on the pavements on Sydenham High Street - is it time Southwark did ours?
  15. Hi James - sorry to hear about your accident today hope your ok? Interesting to see that Sydenham High Street is getting a revamp (by LB Lewisham I think) new pavements and kerbs etc and looking good - sad Lordship Lane pavements are gruesome and, dare I say, possibly dangerous? pandg PS sad also that Landcroft Road resurfacing only went half way!
  16. Hi guys I will come have a look on Sunday, I am having a vw camper van Refurbished by a friend in Wales but will probably need some help with it in the future! Good luck Phil
  17. Anyone know the good accountant (female) in Oglander road please reply by private message! Thanks
  18. We used Jamie to make some curtains for us and have just put them up - they are beautifully made - we thoroughly recommend him. Email him [email protected] pandg
  19. They are having to carry out a lot more work than expected - and after they showed me around their plans are good - so we will have to be patient for the grand opening!
  20. I was told that they would be a bit later as there were poblems that they hadn't expected with the building! Lets be patient and try and be positive shall we ?
  21. I was given a tour of the building on Tuesday and got info on the proposals for the 'The Patch' nee' 'The Mag' - it looks and all sounds very interesting and we cant wait for news on the opening date, the chef and the menu etc! Good luck on your venture! PandG
  22. The Facebook page does say they have the keys and are starting work on the interior - I will support it as another ED venture which is good for us all and wish them luck. Why would they post comments here for the majority of you to continue your negative posts on the forum. Lets wait a bit and see what happens to the Patch and see what publicity they use to promote it by posts/twitter/website/Facebook etc. Lets wait and see if they provide the promise they had earlier, we may also learn why there were delays and why the kickstarter scheme was not really promoted! I hope you don't - but I bet some of you do respond negatively!
  23. Saw Eddie Redmayne at the Dulwich picture gallery yesterday!
  24. As BQC says the chandelier specialists are www.wilkinson-plc.com/ and based in Catford SE6 - don't want to take work away from his Father in law though!
