It is good to see so many solutions to all possible problems. Better to have a situation where no problems need to be resolved. I build computer programs. Good programing is getting it right first time. Not having to spend hours de-bugging badly written code. One has to take in all practicalities... Classrooms on a busy road. Traffic Noise. Solution double glaze and keep windows shut.? Pollution:- Solution double glaze and keep windows shut.? Hot weather:- Solution Air conditioning.??? Not good environment especially for young people. Dry eyes especially when spending time on computer screens. Respiratory problems. Outside play/exercise area. Not applicable. Parents driving children to school. Parking. ??? Our kids deserve better. This is not Foxy being grumpy. It is common sense.. The Owl may of been able to see his reflection in the lens. In the original (uncompressed) picture printed on A3, You can clearly see my reflection in the creatures left eye.
