  3. Mick Mac has really upset Jamie Oliver.. Jamie Oliver has said that he's likely to step out of the celebrity spotlight in the coming years, in favour of concentrating on investing and mentoring. The TV chef, who is now worth in the region of ?150 million, says he may write more books, but is less likely to be seen fronting new programmes. ?I think I am about as big as you can get right now. The question I?ve asked is does your appetite become more fulfilled because you have your name over it?? he told the Daily Mirror. ?And where is it going to stop? Well, it?s going to stop about now and be much more about other people. http://uk.tv.yahoo.com/jamie-oliver-to-step-out-of-tv-spotlight----daily-tv-round-up-114955087.html Foxy..
  4. My original reply to the OP may of been wrong, but was based on the symptoms of what the OP described. They were similar to calls my late mother had been receiving a couple of years back. The reply was a genuine attempt to help. That's what I do. I help people. Sometimes advice is misguided or misunderstood. But if I can help one person for every two I try, I am happy. It is not The Fox (as people seem to of named me) that is negative. It's the pack of Hounds that chase him. This Fox Hunts Alone. DF.
  5. *Bob* Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Do you fuck1ng hate him too then, DF? > > I mean - absolutely fuck1ng HATE HIM? No. I like Jamie Oliver. Just no longer like the production of his TV shows. DF. P.S. Hate is a strong word. I don't 'Really Hate' anyone.
  6. Why are SOME people here so obsessed with what The Fox says. ? Have you really not got more important things to worry about. ? People doing Post-Mortems on all of The Fox's past posts. 'Middle age in his 20's' Age only exists in the minds of ordinary people.. The more Talented and Exceptionable are sometime Old and sometimes Young.. In the same way they are sometimes Happy and sometimes Sad.. DulwichFox
  7. Have to agree with Mick Mac... Used to love his shows. Even with his tedious side kick gardener who made Andy Murray sound happy. It's all the 'These little bad - boys' and 'Sprinkle' --- 'From a height' All very irritating.. Unwatchable It's a shame it's gone that way, but I guess television direction is to blame. DulwichFox

  9. Our last outing to Veer Zara went well.. Food was nice but some peoples dishes were a little salty.. Staff pleasant.. Thank you to Michael P. I will be there in Feb. Foxy :)

  11. I have never considered chocolate as a Food.. It may be used in cooking and cakes, but are cakes and biscuits actually food. ? That should spark of your Debate. :) Foxy.

Not familiar with current facilities available to customers... Left Telecoms after 40 years 6 years ago. Have forgotten more than what most people will ever learn. Have enough problems keeping up with XHTML, CSS, javaScript, C++, Python, Perl Things that still interest me. DF
  13. bob Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > It's a religion issue > Bob S It may well be.. but I certainly do not wish to get into any debate along those lines. At the time Swadesh decided to stop selling alcohol there had been a visit to Mecca by certain restaurant staff. On return some local restaurants considered not selling alcohol, not just Swadesh. After consultation with some of their customers and at Prayers with spiritual leaders decisions were made and some restaurants decided to continue and some didn't. It is important that people respect the wishes and beliefs of those who have chosen not to continue. It may well be that the decision was not based on religious grounds and that I do not know. 14. What is the significance of:- Using on-line resources (BT fibre BroadBand enquiry service) we have been able to ascertain that her phone line is routed though BT cabinet No 16 which serves a limited number of properties in Wood Vale , Underhill Road, Friern Rd, Melford Road and the top end of Lordship Lane -specifically the following postcodes:- Then listing 26 postcodes when you already know her number .. And you claim BT are dealing... Whilst any line can be made out-going only I/C Calls barred. or in-coming only O/G Calls barred I am not aware of the facility where one line can be barred from calling a single number.. Could possibly done in software but not a facility.. Foxed Fox

You seem to have an unhealthy obsession with Cabinet 16. This is not the only thread where you have shown interest in it's whereabouts. DulwichFox
  17. If you have at some time connected your phone or even your camera to your PC using USB. An AUTO-RUN programme may have been set up in the registry. If so your USB stick may not be recognised. You should try the device on another PC to check if OK. DulwichFox.
  18. I agree with edberg.. I moved to ED 1980.. It was a much more pleasant place then... You could walk into ANY pub back then and know someone, if not most people.. It was real community back then. Although some of these folks are no longer with us, many still are but seldom venture out. And I am talking about people who are 50-60. Not very old people. Pubs can be very hostile.. Well they are mostly not pubs.. Most cannot make up their minds if they are Pubs selling food, Restaurants selling Beer. If they are music bars,??? Coctail Bars ??? There are too many shopping tourists.. East Dulwich cannot cope with it.. The Sea-side resorts made parking so difficult (Ramsgate virtually impossible) to reduce the influx of W/E travellers. People have got there Town back and the place is a much better place for it. DF
  19. Its a SPAM call.. It's one of a group of Scams. It is a computer not a real person. It waits for a response and it Voice activated. What happens is .. you get a missed call message if set up on your phone. You call back and get clobbered with a high charge for just calling back. DulwichFox.

Hi A.M. As you probably know Foxy is a Millwall Season Ticket holder... I think how chances of staying up depend on how well Holloway and the team can gel. There was little respect for Lomas and the team blatantly refused to play.. Running AWAY from the ball instead of running to it. Millwall are capable of giving a good performance. There is a lack of discipline that needs sorting out. We cannot accept players continually getting Red-Carded. We all know the slightest infringement with the referees we get, they are going to show a card. We have a strong support of loyal fans, but we all want to see results. We should see very quickly if Holloway is the answer.. Millwall Fox
  22. One has to be aware that roads like Ulverscroft Rd have no 'Cut-throughs' in to Fellbrigg Rd or Crystal Pal. Rd With residents cars parked on both sides, there is nowhere to turn around. Same for NutField , Archdale and Lacon. Closing North Cross up to Crystal Pal Rd is just not practical. DulwichFox
  23. With all the regular users of local ED amenities moving out.. They will have no customers. Foxy will get his ED back. :) DF
