  2. Foxes out on my road every night. Outside my house waiting for me to arrive home. Never get any problems with Fox Poo. Obviously following the rule. Don't crap outside the house that feeds you. :) Foxy

She was the leader of the Absolutely Fabulous Party and I was her Sheriff. She commissioned me to re-furbish the Village Ducking Stool that had been hidden away for 100 Years. I was responsible for all instruments of Punishment. You and I are quite safe from prosecution. :) Foxy

Well, in some countries IE North Korea, there is only one candidate. Voting is simple. The Voting system here in the UK is a little more complex. We have multiple choices but only 2 (perhaps 3) have any choice of being (s)elected. For the average Joe on the street, in the long run, it makes very little difference who gets in. DulwichFox
  6. Sitting on a Roundabout having a picnic.. ?? Traffic fumes. and the actual access to the roundabout would be rather Hazardous. And children running around. Come on Lou.. you really cannot be serious. It's bad enough trying to cross the road on the crossings at GG. Foxy
  7. If it does not rain, I suspect cars may be covered with dust by the morning. DulwichFox
  8. The Metropolitan Police have announced that they will not be investigating cases of Shop lifting and Burglaries. It will be a field day for criminals. Implications for shop and home owners. Insurance cover. CCTV pointless. no one is going to look at it.. People taking the law into their own hands.. Repercussions Discuss. DulwichFox

  10. From Twitter. A plume of dust raised from the Sahara is passing over the United Kingdom giving us a sepia sky, redish sun and reduced light levels. Foxy
  11. Looks like the aftermath of a Nuclear explosion. Nuclear winter. Maybe Pollution. DulwichFox

It used to be the ladies toilet until it was moved upstairs. It used to back up due to things that only 'Ladies' put down toilets. ;-) Foxy
  13. Mopeds used in these attacks are often stolen so offenders are untraceable. Mopeds have been stolen at knife point.. Moped 'Gangs' have used acid to steal bikes. This is part of a Massive crime spree. If these crimes were being carried out by 'Religious Extremists' they would be treated as Acts of Terrorism. Which is in effect what they are, and need to be treated as such. 4 years (out in 18 months) is not enough. Realistic sentencing is needed. In a Hard place. These people are dangerous. DulwichFox

So maybe it had passed its prime > ..... There was a major problem with the drainage right along that side / end oh LL at that time. All outlets were affected from the Palmerston to the EDT In the Bishop there is a Drain cover in the back bar area that would of been there when it was the Foresters. The smell came from there, not the gents. Strangely enough I made a rare visit to The Bishop a week or so ago. The gents was out of order blocked. The EDT also still has problems. Don't know about other outlets but with so many Bars and Restaurants along that stretch, I suspect Huge Fat Bergs build up from time to time. Foxy
  15. Just a few button presses to select range and test.. I have the instructions. Foxy.

Hi Jonnie. I have a device that does just that. http://mklec.com/image/cache/data/etc/gooit_frequency_counter-7-500x500.jpg You are welcome to borrow it. You will need to supply a PP3 9v battery DulwichFox

  18. uncleglen Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > used to be called The Foresters Arms in the 'bad' > old days.... Bad Old Days. ??? The Foresters was a Great boozer. Ok there were a few scrapes that lasted about 2 mins. but they were dealt with. Did not need bouncers back then. Ok its the law, but The Bishop really does need them. The Bishop has deteriorated over the years. The EDT has bouncers but only needs them when Dreggs from the Bishop migrate there. DulwichFox

  20. ETA In reply to Red Devil Bans can be 12 hour .. 24 hour or even permanent. Twitter's new censorship feature. These included p**fter, m**g, p**y, p**sy and f**got.? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-4230460/Twitter-blocking-users-12-hours.html DulwichFox

  22. System back up. I/C and O/G calls made EE to BT and BT to EE Fingers Crossed. DulwichFox
  23. EE checker shows NO known problems in SE22 area. so the checker does not work either.. DulwichFox
  24. Call to EE mobile from BT .. mobile rang.. but now dead again. I would imagine High call attempts are crashing the network. EE will need to implement Call Gapping to help the system recover gradually. Call Gapping is when only a set number of calls are allowed to get through IE 1 in 5 Call gapping is used on Call-ins voting lines like Xfactor to stop the system crashing and blocking other calls.
