Dulwich Woods are good for blackberries... you do have to look away from the main walking areas though :) -

Its not a legal requirement only a requirement in place on their license. A council could impose this requirement on the establishment or no license is issued = establishment not able to trade. -
New masts don't necessarilry mean better signals especially if they are not pointing/serving the right direction/area. Just a thought :)

I've been with Vodafone for over 12 years - you usually experience signal issues from the just past the plough then the harvester up to Forest hill and West Dulwich but often there is just enough of a signal to send a text message and if you're lucky to recieve anything back you might. Everywhere else is fine :)
