Perhaps it's a case of if you want something done... do it yourself? I can imagine many places are desperate for extra help and the "higher ups" (whoever they may be, and in what ever field) continue to ignore the pleas... (IME) *shrugs

Have to say I admire your conviction and persistence. Sadly, they've approved so many similar structures already along the lane, the M&S site is a classic example, AND with the same types of objections and failures in procedures along the way that I can't see planning paying much attention to what people who actually live in the effected areas think. Apparently "change" should be embraced *sighs

"Journalists should be allowed to report on issues which are in the public interest." How is embarrassing anyone in the public's best interest? Should be a petition to stop journists over sensationalising stories and get them to actually report real stories
