We are taking two 15 year olds to Cuba, a bit further afield I know. BUT where we are going is 24 hr all inclusive which includes all boat rides and activities. 24hr food and drinks so they wont be tapping me every 5 mins! PLUS It comes highly recommended as being safe for teens. For four of us it is costing ?3600 which I think is very good value for money. We booked with Thomas Cook on 0800 072 6055. If you stay in Sol Cayo Coco the childs age limit is 16 ( I didnt see that until I had booked mine grr). We are staying at Brisas Guardalavaca. I dont know if this is the same production but, channel 4 are filming today. Base unit Peckham Rye Park and later Nunhead cemetary...My son is filming today for them. It is a programme about gun crime................ The son pulls a gun on his father cos he doesnt want to do the washing up Sounds about right LOL

Actually...The money for the swimming pool was raised by the parents and pupils of the old Honor Oak school. The pool was there long before it became Waverley. I remember because I was one of those un/fortunate pupils who only ever went in the pool about 3 times the whole time I was there (5 years)!!!! Not only that, we had various fundraising events to raise money for the roof to be put on..... WHAT A WASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This def sounds like the trio responsible for quite a few incidents in the ED area. Apparently "a trio" were up in court last week and admittted an attempted robbery. Looking for link now ............Thread started by Clare re her daughter and friend who had been followed off a 176 bus by these girls.... here it is Attempted mugging and assault .Hansler Road. Hello again! Thank you for your kind comments. We are very proud of her. Apparently she SAT him in the W position which is the correct thing to do and another passenger had an aspirin, 1/2 of which she placed under his tongue. (Dont ask me what the W position is......)

Hi Do any forumites work at KCH A&E please? My daughter was on a P4 bus on Saturday night about 7.45 when a man had a heart attack. She has just done a 1st aid course and knew what to do. The man was very scared and was crying.He had just been discharged from hospital/ Anyway, I rang KCH today to try and find out if he is ok but they couldnt tell me as they said they had a lot of heart attacks brought in at that time on Saturday!!! What a load of rubbish!!! If anyone here could find out for me please?????????????????

Just to add my bit...THE FAT ONE does sound like one of the girls who attempted to rob my daughter last year.It might be that they have decided "the heat" is off and to come out of hiding LOL. Anyway I think we should all keep our eyes peeled and warn our kids about these "young ladies".
