    Being asked to pay 9 quid return for a 4 stop journey on the tube the other day(3-4 miles) caused me a bit of rage. Got the bus.

    Agree about the slugs RPC. I just get brutal with them (trowel) and hope that they reincarnate as an eagle or something useful. Not seen that particular lycra/fast bike/beard combo yet.

    And I don't understand JB's underlying negative stance either. Is that because it doesn't run down Lordship Lane? Seems a bit political. Phasing of lights and cats eyes are minor details imo, and comparing London to Amsterdam etc just isn't realistic; those cities have been positive towards cyclists for decades now, and what works there wouldn't work here.

    Not that worried about being on a path with bikes coming towards me. Far less worried than being dragged under a 30 ton truck anyway.

    The chord at the end of each verse line is better in the Cash/Rubin version. The video (presuming you mean Cash) is of a man that knows he's recording his last work; that is very sad.
