  1. Yes, I think HonaloochieB is top of my list too.
  2. Thank you Mr Frankito. I feel I know you though! Edited to add: But not in the biblical sense!
  3. I want to know who Frankito is, because he feels familiar!
  4. Sorry, dollydaydream, but most of the parents do not park sensibly. I live very close to St Anthony's and it is very dangerous for me if I leave my house on my bike when the parents are dropping off their kids. The buses are obviously a problem for excessive amounts of cars trying to get through or park, but they drive and park in a way that you expect and are not an issue for me as a resident. I think increasing the size of the school and in effect widening the catchment area for St Anthoy's will make things even worse for residents. Why were the houses near to St Anthony's not consulted? I have not received anything about this.
  5. I was told recently that the quinine in tonic thickens the blood and increases your chances of heart attack. I am mortified by thus news, as my favourite tipple is G&T!
  6. Lol, thanks guys. ClaireC, you will jet past me and my widening girth, I'm sure!
  7. Hi, I really want to get back into shape and lose some of my middle age spread, so was thinking a jog around my local park (Dulwich Park) about 7am before work a couple of times a week would help. Problem is I'm a bit lazy and would be much more likely to stick to it if I had someone else not to let down! Does anyone fancy it? Maybe start off with jogging the perimiter twice a week, not too quickly as I'd probably pass out! I have a dog to take out in the morning anyway, so have no excuses not to use the time to get a bit of exercise.
  8. I was called Daddio by my brother's mates because I was better at fighting, climbing trees and generally being the daddy than the boys in the area. One of them embarrassingly still refers to me as Daddio!

SJ asserts that there are many who are competent lovers and great conversationalists. I don't doubt that this is true. I just don't think they would be single for long!
  10. Hmm, food for thought. In my experience it's because the men who can satisfy you physically don't tend to be the ones who satisfy you mentally, so it's a toss up. Do you go for the stimulating conversation and mediocre sex, or forgo the intellectual and get your groove on regularly. Not only that, women who are more demanding sexually, are likely to be less attractive to some men, than a woman who likes to please the man more than take her own pleasure, for a variety of reasons. I think to say there are no good men out there is lazy and inaccurate. It would be more accurate for women like the ones you have described SJ, to say there are no men who can both shag and talk well enough to satisfy her tastes!

Then there could be overbearing, selfish, action women with a bevvy of admirers and the energy to enjoy many of them.
