Not saying that's okay, but at the end if the day she's unhurt, still has her phone, and hopefully will be a bit more aware of her surroundings now when she's walking down the street reading her phone.

Agree with flatforsale, don't give him any opportunity to take "custody" of the house. Whilst the law woukd be on your side, it could be a real pain getting gim out again.

No one disputes that he's a prick who did wrong. I wasn't even concerned for him when I commented about cars mounting the pavement, I just think that's a bloody dangerous thing to do (I had an image of a small kid not being seen by a driver).

If anyone is after a good box set I'd recommend Damges. I've said before, it's not in the league of the big players mentioned today, but it's like a good thriller that you read on holiday, LOTS of good twists, and done in a clever way that feeds you just a little bit more each time with flash backs and stuff. I genuinely enjoyed all 5 seasons.

I was thinking about this thread earlier when I put some rubbish in someone's wheelybin that was on the pavement. I have on occasion put something in a wheely bin that is in someone's garden but close to the wall so within easy arms reach. I do feel a bit cheeky, but I wonder if anyone would ever tell someone off for doing this?
