  1. So, I wonder if Robbie Keane was a Galaxy fan as a kid.
  2. And the girls would all walk down the street arm in arm at 3am singing Angels at the tops of their voices.
  3. I work with disabled people. I often wish I could change to some big city career, and stand some chance of putting a roof over my family's head, that we could call our own.
  4. When will Leona Lewis release the cover, like she did with "Run"?
  5. That is the bloke I meant. He inturrupts the woman speaking, and when she suggests something could backfire, he just says "no it won't". Wish I could be so sure.

Yeah I always wondered why anyone would put that sort of thread in this section.
  7. You could be right, perhaps it's justthat thick righties just feel the need to shout a lot.
  8. I know, I was being serious, I think Mike is nice enough when he's calm.
  9. Glad you're okay! Bastards!
  10. Good to see Mikecg in there talking some sense.
  11. I had a realisation yesterday. There are a lot of good, decent, and intelligent right leaning people, and the same for the left. The problem with this country, is that thick people seem to be right wing by default.
  12. He's managed to get a bit of a debate going. Wonder if he'll be more patient with his fire lighters this time...
  13. I was being harsh, and there are a couple of decent things... There are more rubbish things though
  14. My wife was induced at 42 weeks with our first child, and it all git rather drawn out, and ended up in theatre. Our second was born recently by planned c section, as a result if a late diagnosis of diabetes. Although a bit scary, everything was very calm and smooth, and my wife said she'd take that option straight away if she had another one. Also, as well as getting your notes, after our first, my wife had an appointment with a consultant obstetrition (this was at Tommys), to discuss exactly what had gone on. She found this very helpful in getting her head around what had happened to her.
  15. Sounds better than the pathetic junk stalls that are there now.
  16. Sorry, but this is a nonsense. As stated earlier, it's not like anyone is desperate to have a YOS in their area and if you could chose, then what possible reason could you have to have it? That doesn't mean that you can't support it if it is going to happen.
  17. You're in a cheery mood today then.
  18. Rick, I never suggested that you weren't British, what on earth are you talking about? I was suggesting that if you went to America (which I whole heartedly believe you should ASAP), that you'd be an immigrant, because you are British. Is that clearer, or would you like a power point presentation? And no, there is no ganging up on the new guy. It just seems that a lot of people have independently reached the conclusion that you're a bit of a tool.
  19. The reference to the Bullingdon Club is a bloody fair point.
  20. How exactly did you fight for this country in Kuwait? Why don't you just hurry on over to America (as an immigrant no less) and stay there.
  21. That's all well and good, but surely a bit of common sense could be used case by case. This rushing cases through for so called swift justice is nothing but a ploy to abate the angry mobs.
  22. I don't think this is far left. I think most people on here are a bit left of centre. You on the other hand, come across as pretty far right. Seriously though, what would you say our national identity should be, as that phrase baffles me. I'm a white 33 year old from a working class background. I suspect I have a pretty different identity to a white 33 year old from Liverpool, Birmingham, Football.
  23. It makes me laugh when people mention a national identity. Who gets to decide what that is? I'd much rather share identity with some immigrants than a lot of brits!
