  1. Sad but true - Metallica F**king Hostile - Pantera Bullet in the head - Rage against the machine
  2. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! F**king brilliant.
  3. Ha, I think I've said this on here before, but I know the owner of a shop in Dulwich, who, some years back, told me "I just sell stuff to women with too much time and money that they'll spend a fortune on a cushion". Made me chuckle, and the shop is still going strong.
  4. Sorry to hear all that. My wife had our first daughter at Tommy's a couple of years ago. Agree that the midwife appointments are a pain, but we thought the ante-natal classes were good. Anyway, for the actual birth, the staff were great and kind. It's very different from the whole lead up. Best of luck.
  5. And the bass man, the bass. It can be tweaked, so Flea's playing is so clear! Of course, that band were rubbish until the Stadium Arcadium album. Now that is music!
  6. People do say so. I think they're okay, nothing to get particularly excited about. Good pub though.
  7. Richard, I like what you say in your posts, but have to join the brigade of people asking you to please make them make a bit more sense. I feel like my brain is melting after decoding them!
  8. I just admit LadyD sometimes you do sound like you want to see us all in ruins, just so you can say "Ha, good you so". I get that, but what then?

    Adventure Bar

Have a good birthday anyway. You might actually have a better birthday if you can't go to Adventure IMO.
  10. Really? How do you know that? Or have you just made that up?
  11. Cool, the transportation could lead to a fantastic heist movie.
  12. Save tonight. Such a fine song, whatever did happen to that Eagle-eye bloke, such a talent.
  13. He thought that Urban Hymns was a masterpiece, and Richard Ashcroft, the Jim Morrisin of the 90s. A poet.
  14. Heh Had I not posted, we wouldn't have had that very nice post from louloulabelle.
  15. I took it as a bit of a joke.
  16. Sentences being dishes out are an absolute fucking joke.
  17. Personally I don't see any real need for these parking spaces, but equally, if they are there, I'm not going to criticise people for using them. Earlier someone suggested that parents should be able to use disabled spaces. That is just an absolute nonsense!
  18. Otto has been around longer than me (at least under this name) I think. But I post more, because I need to get a life.
  19. I always had a little dream of opening a pancake stall / shop in somewhere that people were willing to part with cash for not a lot. First thought of it whilst working un Guildford years ago, but Dulwich strikes me as the perfect place. As Jeremy suggested, a kid if savoury and sweet would be good. I'll never have the guts to do something like this, but I do believe it could be a winner for someone who took the plunge.
  20. I do think the responses to this are typical. However, a glass of wine at a gallery is not my idea of cook. It sounds totally boring actually.
  21. So, I wonder if Robbie Keane was a Galaxy fan as a kid.
  22. And the girls would all walk down the street arm in arm at 3am singing Angels at the tops of their voices.
  23. I work with disabled people. I often wish I could change to some big city career, and stand some chance of putting a roof over my family's head, that we could call our own.
  24. When will Leona Lewis release the cover, like she did with "Run"?
