  1. I suspect the largely patronising posts on here are representative of why many scots don't feel as included as others might think. Like an abusive partner there is plenty of "oh you think you have it bad now? You wouldn't last 2 minutes out there" If the scots have a referendum (probable) and if they vote for separation (debatable) then good luck to them.
  2. Mockney piers Exactly the same thing happened to me. I almost had to remind myself how to read English
  3. ?most stuff you read?? Just what are you reading LaddyMuck? Apart from silverfox?s rantings I haven?t read a single piece suggesting such a thing
  4. Hour-long tv interview with Danny on Sky Arts tonight
  5. If it's good enough for HonaloochieB then by god it's good enough for you, you brazen pup you for 15 years I didn't get seinfeld - resented it in fact. But it is most definitely genius It's not the plots or the "jokes" - it's the internal workings of the characters. The trappings of the era (slap bass and all) can grate but more often add to the charm. And no, his dress sense doesn't get any better
  6. popped in to the polling station this morning - can't say there was a huge turnout compared to the same time as the general election I fully expect a NO win today, followed by weeks of gloating. But come the next general election the same old complaints will circulate and the chance will have gone by then. Fools Given how much people have been complaining in recent elections you would think they would vote yes - you know, for a laugh if for nothing else. Both campaigns have made me queasy but only one has turned my stomache. Voting Yes won't solve world peace but it would at least increase interest at the next polling day
  7. Conspiracy theorists are so embarrassing. Shot despots being so more photogenic than those blown to shit for example You are the Donald trumps of the world
  8. Everything ???? said is spot on
  9. So goodrich isn't trying to push Creationism? I'm happy to accept that if it's the case. But the picture to me seems to be making a much simpler point than most people seem to be imbuing it with If I had a child at a school that was pushing creationism, then colour has nothing to do with it... It's just darwin under attack So, once again: is the school pushing creationism. I will believe yes or no answers
  10. Leaving aside everyone's assumptions so far, my understanding is that the poster is displaying Darwin under attack I have also read repeatedly in recent years that creationism and the teaching therof is on the rise in uk schools Is anyone able to clarify if this is the case at goodrich? If not, as you were. If so, the poster makes perfect sense
