It may interest people to know that Starbucks are franchises, as a man in the audience in Question Time last week told the panel. Yes he pays royalties to Starbucks but if people were to boycott his cafe then he and 19 others would be out of work.
Some of what I have read implies that it has been a successful tactic for Chelsea. That is, things have improved when a new man has come in...........for a while.
