Just tried that Fox. Didn't work. Do you know how a machine reads a DVD? I think it's just the start there is a problem with?

I was going to watch my favourite movie yesterday and found that the DVD appears not to be working properly. It's not the machine, its not been watched very often and the disk looks ok. I've trying gently cleaning it with some anti static liquid I happen to have.That didn't work. Anything work for you I could try please?

I don't believe I read that the landlady was aware of who was doing the job. It could be that a registered guy who was asked to do it got his mate to do it.

It's not right but because the guy isn't registered doesn't mean he didn't do a proper job. In the same way just because someone is registered doesn't mean they would have. People are trying to make you panic over a piece of paper. It's hardly in the landlords interest that you have a gas explosion.
