  1. Anyone invited to a 'conciliation' meeting at the pub on the 16th? Anyone going?
  2. "However, I'd suggest you don't try to work out what type of a person I am as you would only confuse yourself or get upset because I know a lot." That should tell you lot.
  3. Which bit wasn't light DC? Just because you don't understand my post doesn't mean it's 'heavy'.
  4. You can see a post of mine in your link. On the train front,if memory serves me correctly, the station is a long walk from Esher village.

Straferjack wrote: ---------------- "Chris?s ?nothing Irish? comment was obviously his way of saying the new ownership have nothing to do with the (very) Irish owners of the Vale, rather than being an anti-Irish comment itself." I must say I couldn't conclude that the meaning of his comment was obvious or funny. I didn't know what he meant one way or the other. Given the subsequent comments neither did anyone else apart from a couple of guesses like your's SJ. Anyway, what do you mean '(very)Irish'? Are there degrees of it I should know about?
  6. Look in the 'what's on' section.
  7. There aren't many faces that are exactly the same maxxi. It's not that spooky if you take this on board. It's now 19.32 according to my computer.
  8. It's a competition PGC. Whoever scores the most goals wins. I don't know Mrs.Barber. Is she a footballer or a driving instructor?
  9. Guys..........that /// crap isn't news.
  10. What ianr really means is legs, looks and boobs(and the imagination of their accents). Possibly hair too. Don't ya ian?

  12. Oh well, I'm no expert on the female game. I just thought it was like whichever was best at parking a car wins type of thing.
  13. Which shop would that be maxxi?
  14. Thanks DJ but it won't be as fast as I need it to be. Probably get something at airport tomorrow, I hope.
  15. I want to get to Gatwick via EC and avoid going into town. I don't particularly want to take the bus to EC. ED station is nearest to me but I suspect I may have to go to Forest Hill. It's a while since I've flown from Gatwick so not sure what's best. Can anyone advise please?
  16. Thanks Woody but I'm feeling lazy today.
  17. Like peaky caps (have they another name?) or t-shirts. PS I think I'm breaking some law if put an O before it, so as you know.
  18. Very delayed.
  19. Flight delayed.
  20. My wife and son headed off to the airport early this morning. On arrival they were quite surprised when they looked at their tickets to find they are flying to Seville and not Faro as I had told them.
  21. I had my only cup of tea today at about 5.30 am.
