  1. I blame the Christians. Playing Jews off against Muslims. Wait until they kill each other and then trot in to take over again. Much more successfull strategy than a crusade or a pogrom. Or is it the Chinese? or both?
  2. I have read a great deal about the birth of Israel - the holocaust was one of may elements, but an element nonetheless. Anyway, cant be arsed anymore.
  3. "it was not long ago that Israel's own terrorist's were blowing up the brits in the king Davids Hotel..... " Eh? 60 years ago, when they were fighting to create an independent state for the Jews, post the Holocaust, when they needed one. Hamas is fighting for the destruction of Israel. The PLO have at least accepted its existance, albeit tacitly and are willing to find a peaceful solution; this doesnt suit the Iranians and so they fund Hamas and so it goes.
  4. This Thursday folks. Could attendees confirm please? Ta
  5. Quite so. Bad as each other. Balls? No - just not comfortable.
  6. Which people? Mockers, Me or the Members of Parliament?
  7. As ever I agree with Hugeunot. If the IDF had wanted to wipe Palestine and the Palestinians off the map they would have done it by now - probably immediatly post 9/11 when George W Bush wouldnt have done anything to stop them. However the IDF do seem to have a mentality which says that Arabs ONLY understand the mailed fist and that any compromise will lead to more dead Israelis. Equally some radicalsed Palestinians seem to have a view that the only good Israeli is a dead Israeli - thus the two sides knock seven bells out of each other and in the process many innocent people on both sides suffer. This ensures that the hostile views of the key decision makers on both sides (i.e. the ones with fingers on triggers)are reinforced. Rockets hitting Israel leads to bombs hitting Gaza. I condemn the Israeli killing of the innocent and I also condemn Palestinian killing of the innocent. I support the right of both Israelis and Palestinians to live in their own independent states. Today it is the Israeli's being condemned, tomorrow it will be Hammas for blowing up a bus or a restaurant or dropping a rocket on a school. Taking sides against either misses the point that both are equally guilty.
  8. Was "B@llocks" the word you were groping for Huguenot?
  9. This "friend" of yours, did she administer secretly like? One minute the chap is quietly eating his soup, his lovely friend gazes at hin coquetishly and the next thing you know they are at like demons on the dining room table? or did I dream that....?
  10. Good shot sir, Good shot! Looks much like Basil Brush and that little tosser has had it coming to him for years. You cant shoot 'em in the city but you can blow them to bits in the countryside to your hearts content. More foxes, fewer cats. It is nature's way to balance things out. All very Darwinian.
  11. Teeny - tiny one.
  12. My thoughts exactly Applespider. The nearest Ccop I believe is in Camberwell so there will be no need for them to sell the Lordship Lane premises. The Ccop have a strategy to increase their presence in the Supermarket sector, especially the type of local store that this site represents. Lidl is unlikely as their no car parking. Of course the Coop may chose to move their Funeral Home from across the road .... :))
  13. "Does anybody have good cat recipe? I seem to have alot in my freezer" "Any other members of the BNP on the Forum?" "Child Protection Register status - do people really care?"
  14. Well that's that settled. Where next? Biggin Hill perhaps - that is surrounded by pointless green stuff and an international airport would boost the economy of Bromley and provide us with a handy airport from which to jet off on cheap flights to foreign parts. Everyone's a winner.
  15. Thought provoking stuff, urine.
  16. We got about 50 people along to the last one - biggest turn out yet I think. Mixture of regulars and new people, I think we benefitted from some new years resolutions. We just get together to have a drink and a chat. Its good to get to know the people that are chatting away on the Forum and rather nice to then find yourself bumping into people you know when walking up and down Lordship Lane.
  17. I like planes. Lets have a third runway.
  18. and, when in season, giant edible snails.
  19. Huge great big Evangelical Church. "The Church of Latterday Shops"
  20. I have just seen an advert on the telly. Lamb is only ?5 a kilo at Somerfield. you could nip in there and buy the lamb, take the wrapping off and re-wrap it in butchers paper, but it in your SNUB bag and walk past William Rose on the way home. Bargain assured and middle-class eco-warrior angst satisfied. Easy.
  21. "Woop Woop" ?! Steady on dear thing ...
