I too have suffered from hay fever for years. Tried everything including the honey thing, but it doesn't work. I take Benadryl, works for me, but different drugs work for different people.

Ikea do supply a strap thing for securing to the wall, but I've never used it. Always thought that the drawers are heavy enough not to topple over.
