  1. I live in barry rd near underhill rd and could never get a decent picture. Since I had already tried cable, decided to try sky as there was already a dish over the back garden. I hate to say, but the sky package was/is far better than ntl cable at a comparable price.
  2. Do they give discount to fusion member's, in anticipation of the goose green closure?
  3. Perhaps Liz84 your boyfriend, when he feels well enough, can include a description so we know who to look for. I do hope he repairs quickly and that it doesn't affect him for too long. Thieveing bullying swine.

  7. I got stopped at London bridge early one sunday morn, the police were quizzing all drivers on their destinations and the pc lady mentioned to 'fasten my seat belt' I hadn't realised it was not on, but I have never heard of anyone being nicked for it, it seems very petty to me.
  8. When you feel you cannot stray more than 200 yards from a flushing lavatory. Using words like yards and lavatory.
  9. Dom you are playing more cards than a card shark go on play the fish card why dont you?
  10. Commercial st opposite spittalfields market there are two or three pubs where people overflow on to the wide pavement and a good night club which has people around at all hours. Some see it as a covent garden in embrio. The canteen there does Arbroath smokies if you happen to be there until breakfast.
  11. What nationality was she? Some people just do not know the British way of politely leaving a bus, the obnoxious, overbearing, loud mouthed, bullying, lazy, grumpy old cowbag...........(please add the ones I have missed out) You have my sympathy Scruffy Mummy.
  12. I was likened to Oliver Reid, who(m) was the best rugby player, soccer player and cricketer at his school. A big drinker and probably died of it. I'm a no alcohol drinking man, and was rubbish at all ball games.
  13. When the ball hit the nose of the cat
  14. G-Whiz cars. I'm sure they are better for the planet, but they are as naf as space boots.
  15. My kids loved eurodisney I could not wait to leave but they thought it was as good as staying in a caravan which I also could not wait to leave!
  16. Leave your kids with your in laws for 'quality bonding time' and go it alone with mr cbb.;-)
  17. I noticed how much quieter London was when BA went on strike, ED became almost villagey again, you could hear people chortling 2 streets away. It seemed only BA flew over London and it was great when it stopped. Hey Lozzyloz what/who is LEZ? I was listening to aircraft at 5.30am a couple of days ago, so lez isn't so good whoever he is!
  18. I recently went to the fusion in brockwell park lido and they charge ?11 there is no use of the pool except in the summer of course and having the membership to goose green or the pulse makes no difference to what you pay to enter. Whats more it was tarted up on lottery money!
  19. When you have written and polished the short sweet speach read it aloud in to a tape recorder Then play it back to rid yourself of all the errrs and ummmms. Do it every night before bedtime for two weeks if necessary, you will feel far more confident if you know your material inside out and that it sounds good to you. Americans tend to polish their performance for this type of event, so match their professionalism by spending hours at it. Good luck is all very well but time devoted to your task will serve you better.
  20. I took the first exit off the roundabout and ended up in Peckham. I wish a baby ape could sleep in an apricot
  21. Freda payne-Band of gold

  23. This is the nearest thing I can get to a smiley face:) PeckamRose.
