The Coop, despite its Proley cloth cap image and grim up north history has a longer annd more impressive stance on stocking ethical goods than the likes or scummerfield or the much hyped Mucho Shiteo The quality is very good and the prices are competitive It would be an interesting expreiment to set up a decent sized Coop and see how far the local shops / organic goods / fair trade crowd would actually patronise the coop or blank it 'cos of the image

ED cats love then sadly. but thats Ok, because its " natural" for a cat to hunt.

> > You are kidding? The Red Persuader is off limits > now too? very few places stock the organic heinz stuff- anything else is verboten

The BNP are wankers, no matter how they dress up their manifesto - but its too easy ( and some might say cheap ) to hurl the unoriginal "racist" tag at them - this only cements their voter base and make them an interesting proposition for the disaffected white underclass. get them into the open and get them in public to argue their point

"Yummy Mummies is a phrase adopted", embraced and pushed by the "YM" themselves "Up my own right wing smug self obsessed earnest arse" mummy doesnt have the same ring to it

Slavs = not included in the definition of Kindred peoples- see also :Hitler The BNP would be lauaghable if they dodnt have so much support in run down white areas - go up to Barking/ Dagenham way - a mainstay of Blue Collar East London amd you can see how the descendents of the infamous Ench Powell supporting Dockers are getting behind the BNP The area has a relatively high level of Balkans migrants and certain areas are de facto ethinic ghettos - both UK White & Migrant sections - its very tense and a shitty shitty rotten place to live

The thrusting pain in the arsey mummies seem to congregate together - you only notice the ones whop are particl;arly nauseating I think , even thou the vast majoprity of people in the cafes are Ok best to avoid the likes of Blue mountain if you want to keep these lot at a distance - Dulwich park cafe is pretty bad at ther weekends & lunchtimes - be prepared for paddington bear hard stares should you manage to get a table and sit there waiting for your food. Oh, and if this does happen you you, I find piling the kids plates high with ketchup is enough to blanche these peoples faces - Ketchup is considered a a form of child abuse for these shitehawks and a table smeared in catsup could well be sprinkled with Polonium as far as they are concerned

Hootenanny is where its at - late late Licence and live Music - Not many scots themed bars in London these days

Sadly , if you subscribe to the property porn in the media of late, then you cant really say much about the presence of these peoples cars in the area - ditto if you like the changing demographic of ED & the rich shopping experiences, then EA are part of the mix - not one without the other - a symbiotic relationship Its only Foxys that get my undivided attention I must admit. the slimy ubiquity of their vulgar little minis does irk me for an irrational reason.

Cheaper than a Xing - stop car access for much of the day

Caffe Nero - The decision is in!
snorky replied to The Australian's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
The next time anyone wants to make a point that both a) Endorses and supports poor little Neros struggle for justice b) Bleats about supporting unique local business and keep the chains out then I suggest you clickHerefirst ( Warning: May contain images and /or language of an adult nature. terms and conditions apply. GCH not tested. ROI excluded.Speak to the Phone bill payer first.. etc etc) -

Stox etc- you want to gamble with your kids money ? Its up to you, but remember you cant bleat if it gets messy Hi Interest kids cash account at a legalised Mutual like the Brittiannia - you still get Dividends yearly because of its mutual status as well as competitive interest rates ion the deposit itself -
Caffe Nero - The decision is in!
snorky replied to The Australian's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Money talks it would seem. Nice to note that the much loved neros also applied for its costs to be covered - i.e covered by US the Council tax paying residents for THEIR expenses incurred through their reckless greed Nice people. And a fantastic cup of java apparently. Its a shame it isnt possible to reduce my spending at neros to less than I do at the minuite - i.e. to less than Zero. All they want is your money. they would sell orphans to pie factories if it were legal and lucrative Nero filth -
Any good ones/ bad ones/ local ones ?

If you are talking about the IPE - then Its a shouty brash closed shop full of vulgar wankers who have the potential to make more money in a year that most can in a lifetime. if you are talking about banks / trading Houses, then its another matter Its small and everybody knows each other - whether that good or bad is open to question.

Chinas an easy target innit - its a nice little day our for Guardian readers with a bit of scuffling for the brave few - which is fair enough I suppose. A Campaign medal to sit alongside their Pro-Palestine rally award. IM not saying the Chinese are lovely and cuddly - far from it, but they are being supported explicitly and implicitly by our own governments and more importantly & relevantly, by our own ongoing consumer goods fetish and spending patterns - have a bleat / wear the protest badge / buy the flat screen telly / upgrade your PC... ad nauseum So Im a bit ambivalent on this one all things considered - the Chinese are bad puppies indeed, but they are not the only ones around - I dont care about the Olymics TBH, but to get all shouty and declare that the whole torch business is being cruelly manipulated by the Dastardly insrutable ( ...fill in usual stereotypes as required ) Chinese for their own Political purposes is singling them out for something that isnt exactly new in the history of the games. Its all a bit wishy washy really isnt it. A diversion from the real problem, a sop to the conscience of the concened liberals, but doesnt exactly do a great deal. um.

I used to think the Gowlett was some kind of getaway car museum, as it always had a nice range of meaty yet aging blaggers cars sitting outside it
