More people eat out than ever did in the past. Do you honestly think that there's not a far wider choice of food type with far better better quality food than in the 70s and 80S? Really?
  4. ...this thread suggests otherwise :)
  5. All been said before (making a clear cliques play there you see) But Wot Rosie said. Forums and open bits of the internet. particulary the Lounge type area aren't really for too sensitive types. This place is an absolute pussycat compared to most. Very civil in relative terms. The only time I ever get really propa upset/angry on here is actually with people I know. Poeople I don't I'm far less bothered about what they say about me unless it's gross missrepresentation. Some posters have a persona online most don't but I'm in the former group as I think most people who know me realise.... People who have been posting 7+ years on here have in many cases actually met and even if not feel like they know each other are by definition form some kind of a clique and there's nothing they or new posters can do about that but people still join and join that clique over time too. I love the tear ups on here as do most observers I speak to locally....alyways get a bit uncomfortable when people I know outside of the EDF in SE22 say, "are you Quids on the forum?" which has happened a few times now Boring place with no trolls, contrarians, independent minded, cliched, guardianista, libeteraian, capitalist, socialist, middcle class, working class tossers Anyway, I always stuck up for UDT Finally, i still don't say anything on here that I wouldn't to anyones face

  16. Maybe but remember the initial Beer Orders (MMC report 1986) was meant to free the tie and increse competition in brewing, infact it created a new (worse?) tie between pub-cos and tennants rather than brewers-tennats and lead to a massive comcentartion of brewing in foreighn multi-nationals and a huge reduction in regional brewing, breaking up century old brewers and their brands. The exact opposite of its intentions and ones that the 'evil brewers' at the time said would happen!

But as I look about me now all I see are the dregs of the middle class. And what I want to know is when you middle class perverts are going to stop using the Labor Party as a spiritual spitoon."
