  1. Dave Spart ? ultra-left wing activist, always representing a ridiculous-sounding union (such as the National Amalgamated Union of Sixth-Form Operatives and Allied Trades), collective or magazine, which is frequently based in Neasden. Spart's views attempt to highlight alleged misconduct, prejudice or general wrongdoing, but often end up being contradictory and illogical. The name Spart is derived from the German Spartacus League that existed during World War I, and other subsequent revolutionary groups surely some mistake

Awful, so pretentious it's untrue, boring and a struggle to read (despite being simplsitic) - applying some sort of marxists diadatic critique to comedy, er, you know it's meant to be funny. I'm gonna find my Viz as aoon as I get home too.

You know supporting local businesses But you know 'some people'want the lane like it used to be, Icealand, a little record shop and some indian restaurants before all the blow ins ete etc etc etc etc. Just ignore them.

    Christmas Thread

Love Christmas at home in SE22 - no travel and packing is just an immense benefit on its own; nice and quiete but friendly; easy to get last minute things on the Lane - plans include house full of family, Turkey, Boxing Day - actaully my faviourite day of festivities - walk & pint(though the Dog not an option this year), Charades, Chess, Backgammon, the King George and three points against Arsenal. Kids are ridiculosuly excited already.
