tonight is defrosting 12 chicken wings from (inserts name of reputable butcher here*) Then I'm blitzing 3 Scotch bonnets, 1 habenero and 1 serrano chili, some passata, spring onion, salt, pepper, garlic and a dash of (praise the Lord!) dragon's blood sauce, mix it up, oven bake at high temp, crips on the grill - total time 30 mins.... (*have tried "packaged" wings from an assortment of supermarkets, high and low. Fatty shite the lot of it. And very expensive in some of them too...)
