Saw a photo this morning of a group of Palestinian kids playing on a beach before the Israelis blasted them to smithereens. My how good they must feel about themselves while the world stands by and scratches its balls. Whatever happened to the lessons they should have learned from the treatment they've had to put up with for centuries? And they wonder why sympathy for them is disappearing, if not already evaporated. What is that now 200 to 1 to the Israeli state? Bravo

Right now as a direct result of no intervention from the US or the West, Palestinians as dying in disproportionate numbers to Jews. Otta what would you have the Palestinians do? They've had land stolen from them, they've had access to water restricted, the Israelis have built the West Bank barrier in contravention of well just about everything, they've seen their civil liberties diminish. FFS what do you expect them to do, roll over and die, which is what it seems is exactly what Israel wants. As I've said before the Jews have had to put up with centuries of persecution and you'd think they, all of all peoples, would know better.

Nobody has said there is a "neat black-white approach", steveo is clearly a reactionary and should be treated with the disdain he deserves.
