I think almost everyone with and without children finds endless buggy, poo, sick, minor ailments, sleep-training, schools, bad behaviour etc. etc. talk incredibly boring. Unfortunately, it's kind of necessary to talk about kids if they're part of your life, in order to work out how to solve the various challenges that they bring. Best thing is to avoid talking about it in front of non-buggy poo etc. people. I think it's quite rude to harp on about your interests if you know the person you're talking to doesn't share them. However, like *Bob*, I'm not sure that people talk about baby issues on the forum much outside dedicated threads on the family room, so are you making a wider point?
