Surely you mean hard water areas?

I would pronounce bacon like bay cunn or baykin as above not baycon.

Is there any way to watch this if you don't have Sky? Any pubs showing it?

It really sounds like this dog has caused lots of damage previously based on reports on here and he is now playing a bit dumb.

All dogs need to learn bite inhibition so this is not necessarily a good thing.

What happened after this was reported? You must follow it up.

Health Involvement posted another email address in this thread to contact them. I posted a different one. Good to put your complaint in writing.

What part of your leg is swollen? You should definitely go to A&E today if you haven't already been. The leg is a common place to get a DVT esp. in the calf and it can travel to the lungs and be fatal!

Brixton Farmers Market on Sunday has a good selection of sausage purveyors. Giggly Pig plus a couple of other butchers selling their own brands. Peckham Farmers Market on Sunday now has 2 farms selling meat and their own sausages.

Put in brown bags or garden bin. Could ask neighbours if you could borrow theirs as well. Not supposed to have bonfires in Southwark. It's do with nuisance factor and smoke. Can only do controlled burning in those metal containers preferably.

There are 2 black and white medium sized cats who look very similar; they frolic and play together around the intersection of Muschamp and Oglander. One of them in particular is always running about and whizzing back and forth across both roads. I wonder if it was one of these cats. Always scares me when I see cats without road sense that are out in the streets. One of them had a near miss about 2 weeks ago on Muschamp.

Fuschia Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Perhaps all the doctors have left and they daren't > admit it (lol) I posted on another thread from November 2011 about DMC entitled Dr. Gupta and it has now been locked by Admin. In that thread DMC had glowing reviews. How can this have changed in such a short space of time?

Since this thread first started complaints against the booking system at DMC have been coming thick and fast on other threads. What has happened to cause this in such a short space of time?

You don't necessarily get an appt., only if they need to see you which I think they try to avoid. Have only had 2 dealings with them. One time phone advice only and another time I did go in but the doctor I saw had extremely bad English and misdiagnosed me.

Good of you to post Shine. Expect a stampede!

Went today to Melbourne Grove and they had a sign on their door saying if you wanted to see a GP then you needed to go to the Lister Centre as well. Is there a mass GP shortage of GPs in the East Dulwich area?

Professional housesitters are usually retired people who have experience of owning property and who know how things work. They are required to be in the house most of the day. Can only go away for no more than 4 hrs. I believe. The more duties they have the more they can charge. Mileage is also payable, plus a food allowance. I would ask her what she likes to eat and leave it in fridge or freezer. One woman I house-sat for left the freezer full of things like chicken breasts and pork chops, and milk was delivered every day. She left all the dog food necessary as well as cat food.

This person is not coming from an agency. Looking after cats is a doddle compared to dogs.
