Naaaa, wot otta said. whatever we may think of Cella's actions, she decided to broadcast it to the world, seeking what I don't know, public approbation? At which point it's public property; why the hell should we be sensitive to her outrage when many of us think she was behaving like an idiot, whether doing what she did *or* deciding to tell everyone about it. It's like a four year old shouting pooh and then getting scolded and sulking thinking 'but i was rewarded with laughter last time' Worthy of mockery if you ask me.

Monument valley is making me a bit gooey in a way that nothing has since ICO, which is no coincidence as they definitely nicked the ethos and mangled it via an Escher painting. But still, lovely.

I've a feeling The Netherlands is more complicated than you suggest. Having lived there a while the dutch refer to the country as Nederland but the county (or whatever they call them) as het Nederlands. And of course it just means the low countries, which is our catch all term, and officially it's The Kingdom of the Netherlands, which would naturally be shortened to The Netherlands. Plus we never say Netherland. So not convinced really. I can just sense HMB champing at the bit to get involved in this conversation next time i buttonhole him.....

Having seen last night's PPB by the English Democrats I can honestly blame the EU for the loss of middlesex, and Sharia LAw obviously!!

At a mate of mine a few years ago [car accident], his family asked that we choose a coupl of tunes, so we chose som e muddy waters and the doors, both huge favourites of his. Poor choice of song as "there's a killer on the road..." echoed across the crematorium. Anoth mate had a couple of tunes (and he did choose them himself as he had a couple of years to think about it), firstly a melancholic one one of the sad massive attack ones, i forget which exactly but the service finished up with Elvis laughing all the way through Lonesome Tonight, which was a great choice. Another friend of mine has said he wants 'I am the Resurrection' because it appeals to his sense of humour.
