  11. Are you actually suggesting that if you define disability in another way that actually there will be a lot more disabled people in this dulwich village zone than elsewhere in Southwark? Like I?ve said elsewhere there is a map Reopen Melbourne has posted on Twitter showing BB holders across Southwark and Dulwich Village has maybe <1% of them.
