  1. I avoid supermarkets, buy fresh at markets (Peckham/Brixton), we cook all our meals from scratch, I?ve never had a ready meal (though I admit I tasted someone else?s - it was salty shite). We?ll cook a batch of dishes and freeze them in portions for use when we?re pushed for time, but not packet food 🤮
  2. Never heard of it.
  3. Could the transformation of Crystal Palace Rd into a 2nd Lordship Lane (only without the shops) be anything to do with the LTNs ? It started when the LTNs were implemented, getting steadily worse so far, so I wonder if there?s a connection. If there IS a connection. ie. one has caused the other, then how have LTNs ?worked? in this example ?
  4. ab29 - well said.
  5. Oh, I don?t know what hippo is, I assumed Foxy is getting a tonne of something delivered. Either way they can lift over cars parked kerbside. If delivering an empty bag, probably no crane required !
  6. If you?re getting a tonne bag delivered, just get them to crane it into your front yard - then problem/question goes away. I just had a bag delivered, moved the car, but the guy suggested he just load it by winch into my front yard. Win-win. My yard?s same size as yours Foxy.

  11. TheCat - shouldn?t that be: ? I'll agree with the person that's called me a 'near' racist and a bastard, AND has also backed me up several times on various threads when the flow was against me - whereby I even private messaged him to thank him for his support.? ?? Perhaps you didn?t type the last bit because you weren?t sure of my gender and didn?t want to offend 🙄 It seems your post above is a little disingenuous with a touch of gaslighting, not unlike recent threads you?ve started?🤣 The ?poor, poor me? victim persona is fake news.
  12. I?m falling out of love with the UK. Question is, where to go.
  13. One does wonder what it will actually take for the Govt to fall out of favour with those who voted them in. There?s surely a massive case of collective denial underway.
  14. Oh, the smarmy self-satisfaction 🥱 If you read the thread before correcting everyone it was the Daily Mail article which made the link to LTNs. The clue is in the title of the DM article. 🙄
  15. Cowards. So ?brave? when wearing protective headgear and covered up to be anonymous.
  16. Didn?t the ?Government? say comparisons with other countries were meaningless 🤔 (But they didn?t mention that?s because those comparisons expose the true state we?re in) Sephiroth Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Wouldn?t that distinction be pertinent in other > countries too missus?

The entire show is an example of how protected some people are from answering for the vilest of crimes.

Perhaps he?ll follow Epstein?s chosen route, there?s nothing for him here.
  20. AM - Your house, your rules. Masks, shoes, whatever. I?m Perhaps make it clear before tradespeople/visitors turn-up, so there?s no confusion and they know what time it is.
  21. Usually, if you have a front yard, just leave it outside a day or two and someone?ll take it.
  22. One at Man of Kent tonight - I know a guy playing there.
  23. It?s open / operational now. Flashing beacons, the works. Just passed by as the wagon was packing up. I may have been first non-works person across it. If so, I feel elated and my life has been worth it. Full yer boots people?. 🦓🚦🥾
  24. Looked like all the road paintage, where the buses stop , has been refreshed when I passed on Tuesday. I?m
