Yeah I had a cyclist yesterday go through red light on EDR while the ?pedestrians cross? walking man light was on for me and my dog. He shouted me to get out of his way, but the other cyclists (I think, two of them) going through red at the same time didn?t shout at me. It?s not all the time but it?s not rare either.

Don?t forget - there are parcel thieves operating in the area, and boy are they gonna have a great few weeks with all the purchases people are having delivered. So absent/late parcels could well be actually stolen, no ?

If this is reported to the Metropolitan police as a bicycle / driver collision, where the driver did not stop at the scene of the accident, the Met will issue a request for driver information to the license address of the registered car owner. If this form is not completed an automatic court hearing will be scheduled, for the vehicle owner to explain why they did not respond to the initial letter. This should open up the details of the incident and hopefully lead to prosecution.
