  1. In the muzak world, 'organic' held sway for many years, but has now been universally replaced by 'edgy'. Indeed, contemporary, upbeat and edgy accounts for around 96% of music briefs - along with the suggestion that you 'just have fun with it'
  2. I'm so excited, I can hardly sleep! You know that bit when Morgan Freeman's on the bus, going to meet Andy? - well, it's like that. Only he's eating a packet of Cheese Tasters. The way I see it, if we can put a man on the moon, then East Dulwich can have an M&S. And I don't know about you, but I'm gonna mosey on down there are soon as it opens and buy as many packets of cheese tasters as I can carry. And I'm going to eat them until my face turns bright orange.

Ah.. The Drawing Room: set-up as an antidote to the silliness of The Lounge. Bravo.
  5. I did try Ronseal yes, but TheMissus found it a touch on the dandy side, if you catch my drift. So I've gone back to a mixture of Castrol GTX and soot.
  6. The authorities should be informed. No an excuse for carelessness. Here is a list.

  8. Good o' e-dealer. Always doing your bit to help keep the forum clear of minor squabble with politicians. Keep up the good work.
  9. You bunch of pansies! I burn the hair off my face with a match. Anything less and you might as well just wear a dress.
  10. Read all abaht it
  11. Call the SLP - and tell them to hold the front page.
  12. I'm afraid it's worse than you think, Woodrot.
  13. M&S and CPZs. Could this thread possibly get any more Pavlovian?!
  14. Thanks for that, Nick. Obviously I can't take all the credit for it. I just spent a few minutes photoshopping-in some parking meters. Props to DulwichFox - who spent several hours making it a bit red.
  15. Here's one of mine - a nightmarish vision of nature laid waste in dystopian future.

    Internet TVs?

There's a lot of potential Betamax-of-the-futures out there. Thank god my cathode ray tube is still pumping out the electrons - so I don't end-up with technological egg on my face.
  17. Rye Lane certainly has gone downhill over the years. These days it just sells useless things like real meat and fish, every fruit vegetable you could think of - plus all the gear you'd need to cook it with. But then who wants to be bothered with all that nonsense!
  18. Can you please remove this picture, Fox? I don't want to start a trend. God Forbid we have all the young hoods rushing to Sexby Gardens to take a picture, apply a reddish filter to it and then post it on the EDF.
  19. You should get out there with a couple of spray cans in the dead of night. Might loosen you up a bit. Any ideas on what your tag name might be?! If you're stuck, I could probably come-up with something suitable.
  20. It depends. If you're a planning of tagging the front of my house is some pointless scrawl whilst I'm sleeping unawares, then probably not. If you're an artist, creating something which I deem to be of worth, and you have my permission, then go ahead. If you're incapable of understanding the difference, then the ignorance is all yours.
  21. And there's today's daily dose of utter misery, courtesy of Dulwich Fox. Tune in tomorrow - for more of the same.

  23. But these won't just be lorries - these will be M&S lorries.
