  1. Are there kids? http://sotinylondon.com/
  2. Well, I guess there is a catch - all support is online if anything goes wrong. Also, they don't have Nano sims - so I had to get the scissors out to be able to use my iPhone 5 on the network (easy and videos avaiable online). I was on o2 previously, and they couldn't match Giff Gaff's unlimited internet, so I switched. It seems silly, seeing as Giff Gaff is wholy owned by o2.
  3. There is no catch - it uses the o2 network. I love it.
  4. Thanks for that :) Jimmyv Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > I will rephrase the heading. > > Dog owners who don't clear up your dogs excrement. > You know who you are. > > Genuinely sorry for the unfair generalisation
  5. Yet again we have an inflamatory thread with an implied group aspersion as its subject line. I am not a dog owner. I do feel that continually singling out any group in society is not appropriate. Even if then limiting your wrath to "just the bad ones". Just my thoughts.
  6. Aren't the times on the red little card that you get?
  7. The website says there is a ?35 registration fee but free to the first 50 who register and use... A monthly membership fee is mentioned too... Recommend a Friend Tell your friends about Treehouse and you will receive a 10% discount on your monthly membership for each new friend that signs up
  8. If you're really looking for the "best" second passport, surely it would be something completely different to your first? Personally, I'd love to have a Turkish passport or similar to enable visa free acess to Russia and the 'stans, Iran and South America.
  9. Am I allowed to post the cat poo in my garden back to my neighbours?
  10. It's ?5. Still seems like a good deal to me.
  11. You don't need to see an imigration lawyer. Thousands of people do this every year. It's easy to follow the instructions on the home office website. Both Italy and the UK allow dual citizenship. Yes it will cost you about ?1k in all. As an EU citizen you do not need to apply for Leave to Remain. A bunch of Polish people at my work are going through the process right now and finding it very straight forward.
  12. On Living Social today in case anyone's interested! No idea if it's any good. http://www.livingsocial.com/united_kingdom/cities/507-south-east-london/deals/605376-cultural-tour-of-dulwich-village
  13. I had a Sausage and Egg meal with a latte on the way to work this mornining. Yum.
  14. I thought the volume was lower than normal to protect the babies ears?
  15. Hi there, I'm guessing the answer is no, but is there a website (or the ability on Southwark website) that lists last or previous years catchment areas in metres-from-the-front-gate for primary schools?
  16. EatsDulwich Wrote: > Best Indian take away: Hot Stuff (in Vauxhall, but > will deliver to some SE15 / SE22 postcodes if not > too busy) Used to live down the road from Hot Stuff, absolutely love that place!
  17. I don't mean to stoke any fires, but as a non pet owner I have an equal problem with cat owners who let their pets out all night to fight, hunt and poo in my garden while setting off my sensor light every 15 mins. Is this a more controversial issue to verbalise?
  18. Have you checked out the Vctoria Inn with its playroom? Depends on the age of the kids though!
  19. Thanks Natalie, and sorry if I sounded snotty! I just find sometimes that it's hard for working parents or partners to get involved in these initatives. I have taken my little man to story time at Peckham Library on weekends (run by volunteers) but that is all I seem to be able to do. Rhyme-time, baby-swim, One-O'clock club all seem to be during the week only. Anyway, maybe it's because the demand isn't there! I don't know, but I would like to be involved, and I'm sure there are others, along with the week-working partners of families already involved who would like to join in too!?
  20. Why are they never run on weekends? How are working parents meant to utilise these council facilities?
  21. Ginger line will be closed this Sunday the 20th between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction. Make sure you do your hipstering on Sat instead.
