The 2 hour limit did it for me - I order online mainly now. Used to like taking my time shopping and then 30 minutes for a coffee in Starbucks (came to 2.5 hours)

I use buses and tube - no taxi in years. I'd use them in an emergency but not for getting around London.

There probably is a de facto amnesty - would any police force prosecute historic crimes of verbal abuse going back to the 1980s ? Historic views have been used to build up a portrait of someone though (Boris for instance).

Thinking further - investing in the economy can only grow GDP if there is room to grow. but with Brexit - there is so much we need to grow (to do ourselves, rather than sharing it with the EU) that I think a huge national investment is going to be required whoever wins the election.
