  1. Huguenot,,it wasnt a sales pitch ;-).Anything that will save the environment from simple recycling ...... to the biggest tech firms in the world offering to save energy.! Xg floated yes and raised no money but is worth alot of money and has no revenue just yet that makes it even more unique at this time. The big players wish to buyout xgt as they are terrified but the owner will not sell out. The technology works,is working now, is cheap, saves energy and hopefully will not need these these masts that hover above us in the future . Get your wallet out Huguenot .... Yes Mark, ED needs a wifi xmax signal that is free and safe. Maybe they could put the base station on the top of your block of flats ? (Dont worry it wont fry your brain) :)-D
  2. ok my turn... There was a young man called Mark...
  3. Domitianus. I think maybe you drink too much coffee in cafe nero and those kiddies have psychologically scarred you?
  4. Hey Batdog this is what the world needs, not only save the planet but save the human race from mutation through mobile phone mast.
  5. I have it on good authority ( a roofer funnily enough) that there is a brothel on Bawdale Road, dont know what number though. Maybe it should be renamed Bordel Road. A nice road though as I live nearby. :))
  6. East Dulwich and the world does not need mobile phone masts or anything similar close to schools, hospitals and indeed not on top of somerfields frying people as they walk past and whilst they work. There is indeed a town in england that has managed to get the masts removed due to many illnesses possibly connected to that technology that is under review. There is however a solution to this alleged problem of masts and its being rolled out as we speak in miami,Florida and will eventually conquer the world of wireless and wired technology. It uses a small amount of energy to send a massive amount of data that requires only one small base station (size of home phone base station) per 18 square km of area.It uses a patented unique technology for the future of mobile broadband and voip that is energy efficient .It will hopefully revolutionise the way masts and mobile tech works. Don't take my word for it though..... You can find out more on http://www.xgtechnology.com] .The technical information is there and in various magazines, newspapers. It has recently floated on the AIM market in London by the way and shares are still very cheap despite the fact it has trippled in price recently.;-). Thats not inside info, this information is simply there for everyone to see. http://www.londonstockexchange.com/en-gb/pricesnews/prices/Trigger/genericsearch.htm?bsg=true&ns=xgt

  14. Tony Its good to hear it from your side, finally, Jay is great at what he does, good at his job. I think that the situation just got out of hand as things can sometimes and unfortunately Bawdy-nan was invoved in it. 20. Sema thai......The food is diabolical as is the owner and they are big liars. I agree with James and Tom. Sorry Andrewc, maybe they go real out of their way for you as you may be a regular and desperatly need your business. Thai corner cafe food on Northcross Road is pretty good, always packed.
  21. Trevor macdonald had a programme on this some weeks ago. Apparently they get your pin number by tampering with the machine unit so it stores the numbers as you type them in, the same system of the so called lebanese loop used at Barclays on LL last year. Numbers were recorded using the same system and the card wasnt given back. The thief then comes along takes of the unit and has the card and the pin and your money The first port of call is to contact the banks as the police cannot and do not want to handle it. This is not the first time its been said on this thread. So covering with your hand may not be enough these days.
  22. To put in simply......Karter thinks that as London is now the financial capital of the world and Dulwich seems to house many city folk and people are buying houses in the area using their city bonuses ( fuelling prices) then Duwich will not be affected massively by a bursting bubble. London is working to accomodate the olympics and improving transport. Many folk around the country will undoubtedly lose out as they have over-commited and are not cash rich and rents may not cover mortgage so re-posessions may occur. I don't think many Dulwich folk will lose out but some may obviously will. Just play it safe and don't over-commit I say or sell now at peak time as many are starting to do. The other thing that seems to prompt people to sell now is this homebuyers survey report that the seller must pay for possibly coming into play soon.Ok ok who's going to start slating what Ive said? 23. Dear Dulwichmum Don't be afraid just take a look. Do you not get this glossy magazine through your door or is your house not worthy? It mentions you ,spy, posh and others and how you should all get round to these funky trendy shoe shops of dulwich instead of going in town. Thanks again for your help about the plunger, need more help now, can you recommend a company that installs these fantastic descending carports? K :))
  24. Dear dulwichmum do you realise that you are talked about in dulwich life magazine too. You are becoming infamous. K
