Has anyone read anything by George Pelecanos, who was a producer and writer on the show. They are absolutely brilliant, well worth a read if you like the Wire.

Beer is free if you are getting your hair cut, i don't think you can just rock up and have a few to pass the time. it's only cheap supermarket stuff, but better than nothing.

I think people dumping stuff outside these shops are more at fault than people going through it. They must have to bin everything that is left out overnight in the rain anyway. -

I agree they are too big to eat comfortably. They need to watch that Heston Blumenthal show where his 'perfect burger' was 2.5inches deep (i think) as this allowed you to get an even mouthful everytime.

The AA quoted us hundreds of pounds less than some others. We paid around ?550 per annum for building and contents for a 3 bed house.
