  1. I'd eat some of the people on the forum. And that's Catholics HAL, not Christians per se.
  2. I think it might be an expose in the Telegraph...
  3. Because he's funny and clever and subtle and (the ladies all imagine, though we have never seen him) hot.
  4. EVERYBODY loves Ted Max.
  5. find more interesting or have their priorities in order?? There's a difference. Unlike the miners story, I can't follow the tawdry binning of sheepdog's girlfriend on the BBC.
  6. Well it has about 3/4 as many. But but but, what's to debate about the Chilean Miners, Emerson - are you expecting anyone to say they wanted them to stay down? Fallacious nonsense.
  7. It could and it does. I like dogs. More than cars anyway. And definitely more than cats.
  8. Yeah, that seems reasonable. It's the ones who are convinced there's a government conspiracy to rob us all of our hard-earned.
  9. Asia de Cuba - bang, right there, a fusion inconsistency. An anomaly. A wormhole in the food / pleasure / what-ought-to-be-allowed continuum.
  10. You don't need a Routemaster to give you a bit of a dangerbus thrill; not when the 78's in town.
  11. Not in the least Mick, an excellent day. Just returned from a screening of a film about demonstrating on climate change. Just p1sses me off when soft jesses whine on about how terribly unfair it all is. Derrr, there's a simple solution f-cknuts. Don't park or drive where you're not supposed to, innit.
  12. Ya, zees I knew, on account of Bryan Ferry's being splashed all over ze newspapers talking about it ya. Nazi b@stard. Edited to say I meant Hugo Boss, not Bryan Ferry, was the nazi b@stard.
  13. Can't do the time, don't do the crime. Motorists are not the boss of the world. Park and drive where you're supposed to and stop whining. As for "harvesting" motorists, ah if only: just think of the greenhouse gases we'd save. Truly that would be a harvest for the world.
  14. Perrier's Bounty. Mark O'Rowe's script is brilliant, funny, bonkers and Jim Broadbent makes me very very happy. So it's not quite In Bruges, but it's marvellous, and it's a crime that I didn't know it before now.
  15. ... I was in Dixie
  16. Whereas taking the piss out of soldiers in a war zone / those with mental health issues is so edifying...

    Depression

    Really poor taste.
  18. It's next Sunday innit Woof? I wonder if this is a guerilla marketing campaign for the Telegraph in traditional Guardian heartlands.
  19. A pizza. Three cans of dirty cola juice. And I'm still nowhere near well.

Heh, is Jed Bartlett Latin - after it, therefore because of it. Spurious.
  22. Or using his values, the world would have a chance to recover slightly from the strains of the excesses we demand from it. I'm with you on this one Reggie. And yesterday I found myself agreeing with Loose Women. Oh crap.
  23. But all that guilt gives off an incredible energy that burns fiercely and keeps you warm as the nights get chilly.

My point some posts earlier up MacGabhann (ah see, we can't be seen in the same room at the same time after all)
  25. Erm. Has she offended you in some way louisiana? Seems incredibly harsh to ridicule this woman on a public forum, and completely out of order.
