That's football. when decisions go your way it's all tickety boo, but as soon as you start playing poorly and get the odd decision against you we get all this pish in the papers. celtic fans needs to get a grip and get over it. there is no agenda, there has been no agenda. Billy McBungle is just a washed up, idiot. He'd be lucky to know the day of the week. The whole of the celtic family, from Desmond Liewell and co, down to the filthy republican reptiles that fester away in the Parkhead support are the ones with an agenda... and that is to intimidate the officials out there into never giving a hard decision against them again.
  2. Back to earth with a bump in the CL. Mata and Joaquin tore us a new one. Could have been a different story if the two Naismith efforts that rattled the post had been a couple of inches the other way. Oh well, back to the bread and butter of the SPL with our paper thin squad. Onto St Mirren at the weekend.
  3. background is still speled not rite.
  4. Dundee deducted 25 points. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/d/dundee/9146206.stm Seems a bit steep? Why 25?

You said, and I'll quote again: "No we know the truth on this one and its just another cover up of an incorrect decision against Celtic" It wasn't an incorrect decision.... but like your green and white pals up north, you'll try to keep bleating on as if it was an incorrect decision until history is re-written and it doesn't get questioned anymore. With regards to diving... I agree, it is poor and players should be fined/banned on evidence that shows they did dive. A helluva lot of players from all teams would be hit hard. But for this, the rules have to change. At the moment diving carries a yellow card punishment if seen, but can get a two-match ban if not seen and reviewed by video evidence (in Scotland anyway - is it the same in England?). I think diving needs to have a more severe punishment if spotted by the ref in a game.

That is what it was. > > MM - you said "No we know the truth on this one and its just > another cover up of an incorrect decision against > Celtic " You are wrong. The decision was correct, it was not a penalty... can you accept that yet?? Re Broadfoot - you are only picking up on media outlets that agree it's not a penalty. Others have said it was soft, but still a foul. p.s Did you see Stokes pathetic dive on Saturday? That was a joke... at least there was a wee bit of contact with Kirk!! It's funny how Celtic fans don't moan when it goes in their favour.. do you remember Nakamura against St Mirren 2 or 3 seasons ago? Dives to win a last minute free kick and got up to score the winner. The Aberdeen goal chalked off for "handball" at Parkhead that meant you won, when it should have been a draw, essentially handing you the title... the ref even said afterward he just thought the player handled it and that he didn't see actually see a handball. How about when McDonald was fouled outside of the box against Rangers and was incorrectly awarded a penalty... We didn't see you lot greeting and running to the SFA about refs then??? oh, and with all this talk of diving/penalties etc and Lemon writing to the SFA... I'll dig out the video of HIM diving to gain a penalty for Celtic later on!!!!

And the only cover up was the explanation to TLB and Celtic. IT WAS NOT AN INCORRECT DECISION... but hey, Celtic & Facts = Oil & water. The decision was 100% bang on. The way it's been explained as the ref/lino/SFA have now said, is where the problem lies.

Its depressing that these things happen > but thats how heated things can become on Old Firm > days in a city split by religion. I know Rangers fans aren't angels... but all this threatening refs does seem to come down a one-way street... As you quite rightly mention MM - Hugh Dallas was a victim. There has also been George McBride, Jim McCluskey and the Private Detective, Dougie McDonald and now these two most recent cases. The SFA have to act... Lennon, in a position of responsibility, should not be making public remarks about referees in the lead up to the game. He's also just written to the SFA to complain about Sunday. Who the hell does he think he is????
  10. Referee from Sunday's Celtic/Rangers game receiving death threats now, after the linesman who (rightly) told the ref to over turn a penalty decision for Celtic resigns because of threats following the game... TGFITW my arse.
  11. Traffic accident of some sort. Closed off near heber and police station. Traffic is a mess. No buses going anywhere.
  12. Referee was terrible in my opinion.

Shame because > the referee was doing well - but you need to get > the big calls right above all else. Soft, but you would have been screaming for it if it was at the other end. Stokes should have walked for the assault on Papac in the first minute. Samaras cheeky wee knee in the back of McGregors head, Ki's assault on Naismith all missed by the ref... from our point of view, maybe McCulloch was lucky to stay on. Thought the referee was very inconsistent, but at the end of the day Rangers were the better team. Not surprising to see TLB already moaning about the ref. Celtic FC never defeated always cheated.

I'd wager my house that if you followed a cyclist around that had jumped one light, they'd jump almost every other one but if you followed a car, they'd not jump another.

  18. Absolutely gutted. We should have been out of sight against Valencia. Played very well, missed a barrow load of "easy" chances. A point before the game, yes please. A point after the game, deflated.

I am sure you mean two old firm wins in a row and not league titles as we both now who has recently won 2 in a row in that sense??!! But yes, you are as you won the last (meaningless) one last season. This one is very tough to call, I think we'll be the happier team with a point, so I'll take that now. We win and it will be the beginning of TLB's, sorry, Neil Lennon's implosion. PGC - do you have a family type car with Millwall FC and Rangers FC cushions in it?

I think I am one of very few who follow the rules of the road - well almost ;-) The amount of cyclists running red lights, cycling on the footpaths, wrong way up one way streets etc is quite ridiculous.

Most definitely the person who sat down before typing the inane post and who actually spent time thinking about how to word the post to try and sound slightly witty/intelligent... they would have been better venturing into the real world to gain some invaluable social skills.
  24. Some people need to get out more.
