MUDDY BOOTS Children's Outdoor Nature Group at Devonshire Road Nature Reserve. Its officially Winter! So we'll be having a fire to keep us warm tomorrow at Muddy Boots! And hot chocolate at basecamp. Those that missed the chance to cook bannock bread over the fire in a previous session (or want to again) can have a go. I'll also have another activity in the meadow. It may be making bird feeders, it may be working with tools and wood. We'll have a stomp through the woods followed by hot chocolate and snacks at basecamp. Muddy Boots session is NOT running today. Sorry this is cancelled late in the day. Last minute half price Latitude tickets have enabled me to go seek some new ideas for Muddy Boots from people like Actionaid, Greenpeace, and the lovely kids area at the festival. Next Monday is running, next Friday tbc and then there is a break til 5th September. I'm also looking into getting someone to cover some sessions over the summer when I am away.
