Are we talking hipsters here, or late modern hipsters? There's a difference. Laurie Taylor is brilliant in his bamboozlement here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b046l7zr Enjoy!

You should change your name to TLDR but otherwise a very entertaining update.

Not sure posting an address on a public forum is wise. Might be worth changing the title?

Pay as much as you like, Kick off at 3pm... It's non-league day so should be a big crowd and lots of fun. Enjoy!

Previous enthusiastic posts include Vineyard and Toby Carvery. It's a good thing there is such a wide variety of restaurants in the area and you won't have to go back to ToastED again.

I looked inside yesterday and it is quite a way off still. Looks an impressive space though.

Louisa, I will hold your hand if you like but I am sorry, at the moment I am unable to walk very fast.

Best local restaurant for more special dinner for two

Also worth noting that Artusi are very willing to create more bespoke dishes if you have allergies or intolerances. So if there is something in a dish that you don't like i'm sure they would be very willing to arrange a dish to suit your needs. -
Have you ever had another positive experience in East Dulwich? And if so, why haven't you posted about it in the forum? Things that annoy me: 1. First time posters being all "the meat was so tender and the kids loved the cornicing" 2. Overpriced falafel sandwiches 3. Moroccan, North African, French restaurants that serve a Risotto of the day as if it is just the done thing for the folk who might fancy some Italian with their cous-cous 4. Unreasonable passive aggression 5. Lists As you were

With no limit on the number of times anyone can vote it could it be argued that the results of this vote are as pointless as any other? Vote AGREE Vote DISAGREE

New entrance to Denmark Hill station

Sorry, that wasn't clear, the ticket gates are in operation. They are usually in a permanent state of open. -
New entrance to Denmark Hill station
Baggs replied to youandiaredominoes's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
The last two days of ticket checking at Denmark Hill - the gates have been closed - really highlights the ridiculous design of the station. The bottlenecking at the gates when people have to check their tickets on the reader means that queues are snaking back to the stairs from platform level. There is no way that they can have this happen every day so the fare dodgers will continue to travel without tickets for the 28 days a month they can get away with it. -
In the best of all possible hotels.

Buddha jazz - great restaurant, rarely open?
Baggs replied to youandiaredominoes's topic in Request a Tradesperson
There is a cash machine (free withdrawals) at the station. -
I can confirm the beef is delicious...
