Woof, not like you to make a spelling mistake...you put celibrity not celebrity in heading. Anyway, CBB is the only one I watch now. I though the drinking game was surprising with the relevations. Nicky is a saucy minx. I was thinking of her parents and husband watching her and winced. If I were betting it would be on her or Dane. I think Vinnie has let himself down by talking about the people he employees in LA to be his housekeepers, pool guys blah blah. He seemed to insinuate that he was their pay rate was only a couple of bucks an hour as he employed them on a daily basis. I can't imagine too many viewers will emphasise with him. He is not everyman, no matter how he likes to portray himself.

Where does the poisoned food figure in this? Has someone's dog been made ill or died? Maybe Mr. Barber the Councillor needs to know? Is this woman a new person in the park? Can she be given an ASBO or whatever passes for banning these days?

Watch the 'Send in the Dogs' series of programmes on ITV. It is on Tuesday night and you can catch up with it on ITV player. It shows police dogs being trained and then doing work out in the community. The drug sniffing ones can pick up the scent of whatever, but it doesn't mean that you are actually carrying anything, merely that you could have been in contact with someone with drugs or you have recently had a joint yourself. If you get singled out by a dog then you are taken away and searched by the police. I find the programmes fascinating but I guess if you hung out with drug users/used yourself then seeing a few dogs at the station wouldn't gladden your heart.

A string of French onions and a string of shallots from the French onion seller. Pearled spelt from Sharpham Park. Makes delicious risottos and is low GI.

This is the joke, told correctly. Knock knock. Who's there? It's the Avon lady and your door-bell is broken........ (and a lot more than that from the sound of the above)

My dog is a foodie, not a boozer. Like me. I know the people from Green and Blue read this. Do you allow well-behaved dogs in to your fine establishment?

Don't think there are any wine bars in East Dulwich. Are there any left in London? Oh yes, Green and Blue........and I am quite sure they don't allow dogs! I believe most drinking establishments in ED area allow dogs now. My dog is very keen on them. Once we have have visited one, she tries to push the door open again even if we are just passing.

I had heard about this place and would really like to try it soon. The website still gives their address as Lant Street but you said they moved?

In the past I lived next door in a different area to a guy in a flat who was dealing. For 6 months there were people outside his flat all through the night at about half hour intervals shouting his name. He would drop the keys down as he was on the top floor. Drove me insane through lack of sleep. He eventually went to prison. The whole property had some very troublesome tenants in it. I sympathise.

Was wondering how Crystal Palace Rd, Adys Rd., Bellenden and the roads off those are to drive/park on? Quite a wide area I know. I get the feeling that they aren't great. Is it better or worse if you have an automatic?

Save East Dulwich Hospital Petition

Smiler Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > What services are provided at the hospital at > present? They have an x-ray department there, a phlebotomy department to take blood samples, a physiotherapy department and a midwife service. I am sure there are more services available but I don't know which ones. There is also an out of hours GP service available. -
Boob, why do you keep coming back to the obese Yank theme? Britain is fast catching up with the US in the fat bod stakes, according to The World Health Organisation. There are increasing cases of type II diabetes here. 27% of 10-11 year kids in Southwark were classed as obese in 2007.

What is America's obsession with > perfectly white symetrical teeth. Everyone looks > the same. It's not about having perfect symmetrical teeth. It's about having healthy teeth. If it helps your bite and therefore your jaw alignment to have them straightened etc. then fine. The main thing is to go to the dentist twice a year and have plaque removed and gums checked. Otherwise you can get bacteria entering the bloodstream and affecting your heart amongst other problems. Evidently having dirty rotten teeth used to be considered a sign of wealth as it meant you could afford sugar as it used to be very expensive. Lovely. I would love to go back in time 200 years or so just to see what kind of smells were wafting about. I believe Keith Richards got his teeth fixed after they were damaged by his smack addiction.

will somebody tell me what is wrong with men!!!! Christmas special!!!
cate replied to charliecharlie's topic in The Lounge
Love her. How could you not? Thanks for posting the link. I saw her once in the audience at a pub gig. She is very reclusive. She was featured the on TV the other night as part of a progranmme about female singers. Showed old footage of her being interviewed and performing. -
Bedhead and greasy hair seems to be very common over here. Makes for a very attractive look coupled with the stained and rotting teeth. And what is is with the grey unshaved look so many not so young men seem to sport nowadays? Tip for a good Christmas present: electric toothbrush. No effort involved. The best ones have timers that tell you when to change areas every 30 seconds. One of the best things I ever bought. Does a much better job than a manual brush.

I think a 'cat lady' situation might be down to environmental health getting involved. I had heard that some (all?)councils now have rules that one can't smoke in your house/flat when a council official/employee is in it on business.
