It was indeed PR. It actually looked really nice but sort of stuck in a time warp as are many of our seaside resorts. I hope it does get a good make over.

I have a tiny little thing that's caused me to rage today. He just kicked over my beautiful hall mirror and smashed it! Not his fault as he's a tiny little thing and I shouldn't have allowed him near it. -
As a fairly seasoned Glasto goer my main tip is wet wipes, wet wipes and more wet wipes, also dry shampoo and some talc. Also check out the drinks policy as lots of festivals don't allow drinks brought in but if they do it's an awful lot cheaper to take your own booze.

Gazza asked me out once when I met him in Covent Garden a good few moons ago. I said no. I smoked a joint with Howard Marks at the Groucho Club. My daughter knocked Sir Bobby Geldof's daughter out of the Inter schools talent show. I gave him a smug wink and he gave me a dirty look. Many more.

Not a problem for me PR, not expecting anything untoward. This was my second attempt but still not unduly worried. I was just suprised that JG death had prompted so much thought amongst women.

I hate to resurrect this thread but (and being abit personal here) I've just been to the doctors to have the 3 yearly smear test and she warned me that it would take about 2 months for the results to come back as they and Kings are inundated with women going for tests. "Why is that" I asked. "Because of Jade Goody" she replied. Puts a slightly different slant on her villified public death I thought.

Just had a twenty note refused. Remembered that I had got it from Budgens first thing this morning. I went in and explained my case and the manager swopped it straight away which was really good of him. Apparently they are having lots of problems with this and he said he's trying to get all of his staff to be vigilant. Check your change guys.
