That sort of statement Pepperkinski is what I'm talking about. It will, as Keef pointed out give them the feeling that its an "us against the rest of the world" situation. This can and does lead to extremism and that certainly shouldnt be encouraged. "Better out than in" as my old granma used to say (usually for a belch but works here too methinks).

Loz that is the voice of reason. I suspect its because people arent allowed to discuss their views/fears without being attacked by those "intelligent/tolerant" people like the majority of the forumers that they sort of go underground. Jah and I were discussing this recently and I had to really try to get my point across that everyone and I mean everyone needs a voice whether it's agreeable or not. A while ago someone (cant remember and cant be bothered to backtrack) came on with a view and was immediately attacked by lots of posters. Wouldnt it be better to discuss WHY they feel like they do and possibly "educate" them to your point of view rather than closing them down and making their discontent grow and therefore sending them straight into the arms of the BNP. This is of course my own humble opinion and I wouldnt normally get involved with this type of argument!

Hi Mike, I think I may have seen your cactus in my garden today. I sent it on its way after it tried to get over friendly with my trailing rose. Hope I havent spooked it too much and it makes its way back to you. Good luck and keep us posted.

As mentioned by Mr Carnell, I went for lunch on bank holiday monday with my lovely son. We had the vegetarian antipasto to share for starters which was pretty yum. My son had the chicken and herby roast potatoes for main which he thoroughly enjoyed and I had the quattro stagione (4 seasons) pizza which was way to big to finish and slightly soggy as too much mozarella on. A large glass of rose and a cola for son plus a couple of glasses of tap water and it came to ?35.00. The service was fairly efficient and very friendly. I wouldnt use it for a "nice" meal, but will definately be back for a lazy lunch. I loved their highball glasses, very italian and classy.
