does anybody know this couple??? i have mail for them.... its from canada & has a cheque enclosed, i will try & make contact with the sender.........

i saw a wierd guy yesterday evening checking bins on whateley rd. at 5.30pm-ish he double parked his car, came out & looked in a few bins :-S before getting back in his car & driving off! i'm not quite sure what this could've been about. he was driving a saab 900I, a fairly old vehicle with a foreign number plate....... puzzled....... :-S

they need to catch these pervs quick!! seems like theres too many loitering around here, not a nice thing to experience for anybody... its actually quiet scary as i have a teenage daughter who goes to school locally.... theres every possibility he could strike again! good to hear ur ok though!

hi james, not sure if you'll be able to help me...... as a resident on whateley road i'm concerned about the parking situation. the people who run le garage always park their vehicles on whateley or bawdale road... amongst other roads in the vicinity. their cars cause a nuisance to us as we are unable to find parking for our own vehicles. this has been a topic on the forum many times before but nothing seems to have changed over the years. alot of these vehicles have no road tax, at times they are parked on the bus stop.... but the main problem is these vehicles are clogging up our roads!! how can you help to deal with this situation? these guys have had many dealings with the police, wardens & even their customers have got into brawls with them... certainly not nice people to have any dealings with....

sorry to hear about ur ordeal, at least ur ok! i never take that route home late at night, safer to take a cab i say! i always found it to be a route which im wary of... its fairly quiet there, esp late night....... my friend who lives on crystal palace rd always comes home late at night alone... i've always been against it but she seems fine about it! these people need to get a life!!! or a bloody job..... their behaviour is ridiculous!!!!!!!

OMG! i totally understand why staff are threatening with strike action.... best way to show employers you mean business! only problem is im flying with ba tomorrow morning, im off to israel! im hoping this stike action doesn't affect me on my return trip... which is in january! im sure they'll have a backlog to deal with!!!!! :(

not sure how to write this but first of all i must say i am a person of colour myself! (before the race card gets thrown at me!) i have noticed, in peckham on chourmert rd, instead of slapping tickets on illegally parked cars, the wardens stand around socialising with the shop keepers! but yet, on lordship lane they are quick to slap tickets on vehicles! i've also seen CERTAIN shops on rye lane, when customers are illegally parked whilst shopping they don't hand out tickets that freely, again they stand around chit chatting to them! THIS REALLY PI**ES ME OFF WHEN I SEE IT HAPPENING! i do wonder sometimes if the wardens are related to one another & also to some of the traders & shoppers?????

nothing to with dulwich but i thought i'd post it anyway..... there seems to have been ANOTHER serious accident today! as i was coming home from work this evening, about 7ish it had just happened. police cars & ambulances at the scene. i was trying to get through queens rd about 30mins ago to come home & the road is still closed off in both directions. anyone know anything? accidents are becoming a part of everyday life.... this is beginning to really freak me out now! i've got young kids, i ask myself are they safe out there even when minding their own business?

i have just returned from a trip to israel!!!! i went to the dead sea & bought back with me PURE SALT from the sea. if you would like some plse let me know, i still have some left after giving loads away to my friends.....
