  1. Do you put a mini-umbrella in it? What about the serial respondents? What did they all claim to drink last time?
  2. Hannah's Helpline - Moo Baaa Double Quack Double Quack...
  3. Depends on your preference but I'd say anything more than once a month is greedy and a bit immature.
  4. Who's the client intent on cornering the 1st choice discerning gin drinker market? Face it, your just going to get a load of serial respondents turning up to get pissed. No blokes drink gin as a first choice. just make it up and save yourself the grief. That said I'll be giving you a call claiming that I am an ardent Bombay Saphire man intent on imparting my wisdom so keep your phone on..
  5. I think if you find 'The One' it's advisable to meet them regularly. 'Had'? Euphemism?
  6. It's not ideal but it's a realistic compromise. Just make sure you don't get caught.
  7. Or an insult like 'Don't be a cock'. Lamb can be used for endearment 'You darling little lamb'. Duck and ducky are also popular terms of endearment in Lincolnshire.
  8. Or is it just a case of meeting someone who exceeds your minimum prerequiste requirements at a mutually convenient time in your lives? The One or That One?
  9. No but 'chicken' is a meat based insult meaning coward. I suspect you knew that.
  10. And I was being a cock at the time..
  11. Whilst I respect people's right to choose not to have kids I do think they are making a mistake that they will spend the rest of their lives trying to justify to themselves and others. This often manifests itself in anti-child/parent rants of the nature we often read here on the forum. It's a bit like emigrating. I don't mind people who emigrate but I wish they wouldn't constantly tell everyone that they did the right thing and try and make out that Australia is great when really they long for their local and a laugh with the lads. Nobody is fooled.
  12. Went EDT, Inside 72 and Cherry something. Inside 72 was best but EDt had real beer. Loads of girls out drinking- a bit like Whitley Bay. Will be looking for another excuse for a Camberwell Palace Summit on the Lane in the not too distant future. We did get abused by a drunk bird out with her g.b.f. in Indside 72. My mate told him to reign in his bird and he promptly went for a twenty minute poo. She was leathered and really I'm sure she just wanted to play but could only manage a few slurred insults. Good evening but only 4 pints before the 12.01 exit. Thanks for all your help and advice Forumfolk.
  13. Is that the Indy music bar?
  14. No kid could post that. Those are the words of a withered old cat collector...
  15. Leave out you cheeky b'stard. Camberwell rocks. Where else would you get a radio station in a morgue like this? ...That was Since You've Been Gone by Rainbow, this is Rolf Harris' take on Stairway to Heaven... Crossed threads. Truce it is.
  16. Who said that?
  17. I think that depends on the newcomer.
  18. Nice one Mystic Meg. If you can use the force then how come you've never won the lottery?
  19. What happened to The Cloak anyway?
  20. ....That was the Petshop Boys with Suburbia for an anonymous 'numpty' calling from Sydenham. This is Morrisey Last of the Famous International Playboys. Definitely not for the guy living with his mum in Sydenham....
  21. Very funny. Hope it's meant to be a joke and not the insane ramblings of a raisin ovaried embittered infertile. That said I will be singing Mary Poppins loud and proud up and down lordship Lane all weekend to make up for staying until 6.30 tonight...
  22. It was called Gracelands. The food was crap but it was a good laugh.
  23. 00.01 happy days. Not going out until 10 so that's max 6 pints.
  24. He reckoned his last train is a quarter to twelve. Is that not the case? I won't tell him of the difficulties. He needs to experience them first hand to fully appreciate them..
