Perhaps you've cherry picked the headline; which relates to a bit of text in the article: "Some participants suggested feeling excluded from ?posh? shellfish such as oysters and lobster, while others admitted that they knew very little about how shellfish were produced and harvested". The headline is made by a sub editor, not the researcher.
