  1. I'm in. Thanks for organising again DR.
  2. A. https://www.theweek.co.uk/news/media/953532/why-freedom-day-is-a-classic-piece-of-propaganda?fbclid=IwAR1X2q3FvoO8v7-R9RhuANwsCFXqtuvmkP7t2AEAL_LesqcZuESr8ceQSG4 Beautifully ironic that on this day that the government has deemed the day of our 'freedom' Johnson and Sunak have been forced to quarantine. Utterly useless pillocks.
  3. Jeez! The Wooden Spoon for me. Terrible. Thanks for organising. I hope to do a lot better in the Euros.
  4. A cat has come down with Covid-19. Don't ask meow.
  5. I've suffered hearing loss since my teens and as I've gotten older it has got worse. I've lost 50 -per-cent of my hearing. You should be referred by your GP. I was referred to the Audiology Department at Lewisham Hospital where I had tests done and was a soon issued with hearing aids (which I never use because I hate them). I manage to get by perfectly well without them.
  6. Damn! completely forgot to do any predictions since the football's been back. Bah!

  8. Had some lovely ales in there this afternoon. So glad this beer emporium has reopened. Overjoyed, especially as it is at the end of my road. Very handy for a quick snifter or two.

Thanks Alan. My boyhood idol. What a player he was. The greatest goalscorer I've ever seen and I've seen a few. Did you watch it? Marvellous stuff.
  10. I had tears in my eyes when I read the news report about Harry Gregg's passing. A great goalkeeper and a proper working class hero. This from a Spurs fan. Also - Andrew Weatherall RIP.
