Of all the things listed above; i've genuinely done/had all this year except the last paragraph about hair and the Mateus Rose.

I have to respectfully disagree with your order. Burger Bear is good, but a little too sloppy for me to be top of the list. My order would be: Honest Burger, Bleecker Street, Lucky Chip, Burger Bear, Meatliquor/market/mission, Mother Flipper, Patty & Bun, Dirty Burger, Five Guys Honest's 'Honest Burger' is clearly out in front for me. The difference is the meat they use (Ginger Pig's 32 day aged sirloin) and the red onion relish. Honourable mention for Burger Bear's Bacon relish. I wouldn't put GBK, Byron or Flying Pig anywhere near those ^^^ And as for Deliveroo delivering cold food by bicycle- of course they don't; it would never survive as a business model if they did, never mind thrive as they are. They use thermal boxes/bags to deliver hot food. Not rocket science.
  5. Portable cd players are notoriously fickle. I've had the same thing in the past where a seemingly random cd won't play, but will play on other machines.
  6. I'm so glad of this thread as good chicken is very much my favourite thing and I've found hard to find in the UK. I shall be using The Signal this weekend. Thanks
  7. Man Utd Man City Spurs Arsenal Chelsea Liverpool But i reckon it'll be very close from 3rd down. Hull West Brom Sunderland

Indeed. But, of course it's relevant. The only reason the BBC charge is because they don't have advertising.
  9. Seems it's all part of a international sub-culture.
  10. If yuo google 'South East London Scooter Gang' a lot of information comes up- from Daily Mail shock stories to piece slike this at the other end of the scale http://transpont.blogspot.co.uk/2015/11/halloween-bikelife-rideout-in-south.html

Indeed a lot of them weren't. If memory serves it was more hoods and face scarves. My memory is notoriously bad though.
  12. I had the same conversation with an Orient fan- who accused West Ham of selling their soul etc. As a Spurs fan I feel - without wishing to sound patronising - that once you are challenging top 4/6/8 of the Premier League, your decisions as a club aren't just made on retaining character and atmosphere; they're focused on financial betterment, success, playing in competitions against the very best teams and atmosphere & character. For better or worse. I think all clubs in West Ham's position would've bitten hands off to take the Olympic Stadium, at the price being offered.

  14. Seen them a few times- On Church Road in Crystal Palace, the narrow end by the shops, a group of about 60 scooters and quad bikes, weaving in and out of other traffic, doing wheelies, riding on the pavement- people had to duck into side streets, front gardens etc. Following them were two police bikes but not chasing them or getting them to stop, more keeping an eye on them. I think scooter gangs are quite a big thing now in this part of London.
  15. which street would the party have been on?
  16. The other thing i've been told is that it was an absolute nightmare getting to the station after the game. Fans were kettled into one queue and one queue only to the station and it took forever. My friend lives four stops from Stratford on the central line and from leaving the stadium it took him an hour and a half to get home.
  17. I was a bit of a bugger in my early teens- Graffiti and shop lifting were what we did for fun. Paint, pens, records, t-shirts, jeans, boxes of panini stickers. NEVER grapes though- we weren't monsters.

What's your first game there?... A West Ham supporting friend (regular at Upton park) went last night and surprisingly (as I thought he would defend it) he said sitting in the top tier was horrible- so disconnected from the match, no atmosphere etc.
  19. You'd think that for an official club communication, someone might have proof read it! http://www.whufc.com/News/Articles/2016/August/4-August/A-message-from-the-Vice-Chairman

  21. does anyone know if there's an easy way to claim from them: 1. In arrears; i've been very slow on the uptake? 2. With a season ticket on an oyster card? Thanks

If so, they've put the right amount of grapes in that bag for the price. Adding more to it is theft. It just simply is. They don't put the pre-filled bags there for you to add to at your discretion!!!!
