  6. Everything is cyclical. You?ve felt better before & you will do again. Right now I have a calendar based on structure. Get up same time, exercise, eat a variation on the same thing. Book stuff in and make 70% of your current life a program. You?ll know how you feel on much of this because you?ve felt it before. Give it a few days, a week, a month. Things will change, enjoy the process, know many people feel the same. It?s ok
  7. A little off the thread as it's Malaysian is C & R Cafe in Rupert Passage. Very delicious.
  8. Nice, I hope it does well. A good fish restaurant is a great thing.
  9. Some of the best handmade pasta i've eaten in London, just the shop suffered through lack of footfall. The one in Shoreditch has a bigger Asian client base to support it. I spoke with the owners once and Japanese and Korean customers appreciate the hand crafting nature of this product. Good luck, shame tho.

I've lived with it for about 20+ years, it's not going away. It wanes and peaks at different times, but it's always there. And being there means you cant fight it, so you have to learn to live with it. I've a few observations and strategies. Background sound can distract, and tension can exasperate it. But I now carry around many pairs of the little blue silicon swim earplugs from Boots. And every now and then I retreat from the outside sounds and reboot with 10 mins of isolation wearing these. I can still chat, but it cuts out the background chatter, specially in busy places. And once i'm in the place that's less hectic, I take them out and enjoy the clarity and reduction in the tinitus. It works for me.
  11. My mother used to say "I should coco" in dismissing something that ruffled her feathers. Silly old cow was easily ruffled too. Never sure what she actually meant by those words. She's still alive but having not spoken to her in 25 years i'm unlikely to find out from her.

  13. I ?made do? with M&S. It?s great buying without having to even wait or talk to anyone. I look at the Cheese I like, pick up one or two packs and go about my business. Pay at the machine which says ?have you got your sparks card?? Job done, way better than the crumby shop that was there before. Got home, ate some of my cheese. Nice!

  18. Forecast at 01200 hrs on Wednesday 13 th of December Camberwell Arms is good often, occasional patchy, with variable cooking at times. Noise high often, with wind blowing in from the East. Beef good, Pork Chop bad. This is the end of the forecast...

As for useful things, I've a flat credit card holder with slots on each side, made of leather. Very very handy.
